I was just released from the hospital after having 2 surgeries. I also have a chronic pain issue…read more I called this office and explained that I needed a new primary care doctor to continue to refill my pain medications. They agreed to help. They required me to change my primary care doctor with insurance, so I did and made an appointment. At the appointment he walked in and said "I do not treat pain here!" He did this without even looking at the 2 inch thick stack of paperwork, nor did he look at the surgeries I had just days prior. I believe he is trying to scam insurance companies for the initial visits and has no interest in helping anyone. Treated me incredibly rude and without any respect. Do not waste your time with this person.

I again needed chiropractic treatments for a popped rib and related pain in my neck, back, and arm…read more Dr. Louise's interventions resulted in resolution of an extremely painful situation that I had endured for a month prior to seeking his help (thinking it was a pulled muscle from moving furniture). Even immediately after the first adjustment I felt so much better. The inflammation due to the month without treatment required several more adjustments, but each one led to further improvements. As before when I saw him following a car accident, he was efficient and took the necessary time to explain the problem and anticipated course of treatment. Additionally, his assistant Beth is wonderful - personable and helpful with squeezing in appointments when one's busy work schedule can be problematic! Thank you Dr. Louise for your wonderful care.

DON'T BOTHER WITH OPTIONS AS THEIR SUPPORT IS MINIMAL…read more I have been a client of Options for approx.10 weeks now in Algonquin, IL. I am writing this to a few locations to get someone's attention because there is NO WAY to get SUPPORT OF ANY KIND and the owners leave it up to the staff at each location, that is if they have time or if you can even get a hold of someone at your location. Gosh forbid they had support or contact info on their websiteI THE OWNER'S OBVIOUSLY DON'T CARE WHAT GOES ON AT ALL THE LOCATIONS. I only signed up for 3 months and, for the money we pay, I expect a solution to my issue quickly, but I have absolutely had it because of their lack of support. Two of three people up and left the Algonquin, IL location, it seems, without notice. My counselor was there one Wednesday and the following Wednesday he was gone. I would imagine if it was a good relationship my counselor would have announced that he was leaving and he would have told me who would be taking his place. Well that's not what happened. I was introduced to a new counselor who couldn't even tell me if he was going to be my permanent counselor. Now I only have 3 more weeks of my contract and then I was going to go a la carte, but I don't think I will be anymore. Not only did my location close 3 days a week, but since my counselor left I CAN'T GET ON THE OPTIONS APP!!!!!!! I have left messages by phone and on their website and NOTHING!!!!! THE ALGONQUIN, IL CLIENTS SHOULD BE YOUR TOP PRIORITY RIGHT NOW IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS. I talked to the Schaumburg Illinois location yesterday and found out that my counselor was at the Park Ridge Illinois location and I was told that a message would get to him. Well when I couldn't get on this morning I called again. Today I talked to him and I explained to him that someone probably removed my old counselor from their system and unless your counselor sets you up you don't have access to their website. Obviously when they deleted my old counselors sign-in information they screwed up my access to their website. THIS SHOULD NOT BE PUT ON THIS GUY THAT'S BEEN TOLD TO GO TO THREE DIFFERENT LOCATIONS AND TAKE OTHER CLIENTS WHEN HE WAS HIRED AT ONE LOCATION. He's a very nice guy and I told him he needs to gain access to my account or else I don't have access to the website and he told me if he had time he would do so. WELL OBVIOUSLY HE DIDN'T HAVE TIME and again it shouldn't be put on him. I'm sure he doesn't get paid the big bucks to worry about this issue that wasn't his to begin with. OPTIONS NEEDS TO GET THEIR ACT TOGETHER AND FIGURE OUT WHAT THEIR PRIORITIES ARE IF THEY WANT THEIR BUSINESS TO BE SUCCESSFUL. If they cared about their business they would have been at this location UNTIL REPLACEMENTS ARE IN PLACE TO MAKE SURE THE CLIENTS DON'T FEEL THE ILL AFFECT WHEN 2 OF 3 EMPLOYEES LEFT SUDDENLY. I'LL BET YOU ANY MONEY THEY DON'T EVEN READ THIS UNTIL MONDAY WHICH IS GOING TO REALLY AGGRAVATE ME EVEN MORE SO. Out of my 12 weeks that I joined for I've now lost a week because I lost four days in the beginning without having access and now I've lost another three. WHEN WILL OPTIONS GET THEIR ACT TOGETHER OR AM I GOING TO HAVE TO GO TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT TO GET MY LAST MONTH'S PAYMENT BACK??
