He took new x-rays since the ones the other chiropractor took were mostly of my shoulders, and not lower back. Dr.Randy set me up with electrical stimulation, and decompression. Within hours I was already feeling better. We continued decompression and adjustments and I was not having the knee pain any longer. Dr.Randy is very friendly, professional, and listens to you about what hurts, and where the pain is every visit. I can't recommend Precise Chiropractic in Lake in the Hills highly enough. I came in with severe,…read morechronic pain from a long-standing case of spondylitis, along with a recent disc herniation that left me barely able to walk or sit. The sciatica that radiated my whole body was excruciating, and I was desperate to find anything that could help before my next step being a visit to the Neurosurgeon. Dr. Dace wasn't sure he could help me but, he performed a thorough assessment, determined that even though my case was complex, I was indeed a candidate for treatment, and developed an aggressive care plan to fit the 7 1/2 weeks I was visiting from out of town. His goal was to help heal the herniated disc, reduce the pain and give me some function and mobility and to my amazement, it worked! Dr. Dace and Eve, along with Nelly, Kristina and Laura --played an important role in my recovery. They were all very kind, patient, compassionate, and incredibly gentle throughout every visit. Eve was especially critical as she shared her knowledge and experience which brought comfort and confidence when I was at my worst. She, Dr. Dace and entire team not only treated my pain but also took the time to teach me how to breathe properly, move safely, listen to my body and be patient with myself during the healing process. Their expertise, encouragement, and genuine care made an incredibly difficult time much more manageable. In addition to Dr Dace helping me find a Chiropractor in my home state for continuing maintenance, I'm leaving with significantly less pain, improved mobility, and hope that I haven't felt in a long time. I am deeply grateful to all the GOOD HUMANS at Precise Chiropractic for keeping me out of surgery and giving me my life back. Thank you - Rose G. 07/07/2026

The chiropractor told me that he couldn't do work on me until he looked at X-ray of my back. They don't have one at the office so he asked me to go to a walk in clinic and get one there and come back on a different day for him to review my X-ray and do my first actual session. I was charged $60 for this 5 minute conversation and asked to probably spend another $120 at least before he would touch my back. I decided to take my business elsewhere. My current chiropractor charged me $40 for my first consultation (60 minutes) and a series of X-rays done at the office.
