They made the appointment 2 weeks in advance, told the receptionist at the time of scheduling the appointment about the Groupon, and confirmed the appointment via text the day before the appointment. When my sister and brother in law showed up at their scheduled appointment time (which was also intentionally made on their first wedding anniversary), the receptionist told them since they were using a Groupon they would not be seen that day and needed to reschedule. Then after they left with no service at their SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME, Classic Spa decided to text my sister telling her that they needed to reschedule if they were using a Groupon (message attached, the appointment was at 3:30). Then they liked their own message to make it look like my sister acknowledged the message. This ordeal completely ruined their first wedding anniversary plans and because of that they did not want to return to this establishment (rightfully so). Because they decided to go somewhere else, I contacted Groupon for a refund and they told me that Classic Spa told Groupon we were a "no show" appointment. If you feel like throwing away $120 for a chance you might not get the service you paid for then this is the place for you!

Carol came and talked about all the benefits of massage - things I never knew about! I was definitely a person who has never been interested in massage therapy and knew nothing about it. She blew me away with her knowledge! Through my pregnancy when I started getting towards the end I learned that through all of my lifting and workouts I had made my body really tight and not necessarily prepared for childbirth. I quickly booked a massage at a local, corporate massage place and instantly regretted it. The person had no idea how to massage a pregnant person and was basically doing a typical massage on a pregnancy table. That's when I contacted Carol and set up an appt with her. From the moment I walked in I could tell this experience would be different. She has such a calm demeanor and instantly put me at ease. Her room is calming and smells wonderful! She knew all about different oils to use, pressure points and different massage techniques to do at different stages of pregnancy.
