I followed all instructions exactly, placed the vehicle in neutral as directed, and the vehicle was pulled into the equipment, causing significant damage to the right side, including the front fender. What is most disappointing is that Bliss Car Wash appears unwilling to take responsibility for the damage and instead focuses on the age of the vehicle. The fact that a vehicle is 10 years old should be completely irrelevant. My truck is exceptionally well maintained and was in excellent condition before entering the car wash. Customers should expect that their vehicle will leave a car wash in the same condition it entered. When damage occurs due to the operation of the wash, the company should stand behind its service and treat customers fairly. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Bliss Car Wash and would not use their services again

I then emailed the company and a girl named Kimmie helped me out. They had gotten a new system and were having a hard time making it work. Kimmy was super polite and helpful. She assured me she would fix everything and kept sending me updates to keep me informed on the progress. The website was also not keeping track of my washes and was showing my account was terminated when it wasn't. So there were a few issues. She stuck with it for about two weeks until all the issues were resolved. The entire time, she was extremely polite, friendly and helpful. I have never received such great customer service before. She gets five stars for sure.

The Clean: The exterior always looks fine, but the interior work is where they lose a couple of stars. The vacuuming is pretty lazy, especially when it comes to the small crevices and under the seats. The amount of crumbs and debris left under my car seats immediately after a wash proves they completely skip that area. For a $60 service, you expect a deep clean that reaches those tight spots, but it often leaves me feeling like I need to just re-vacuum the small crevices myself at home. The Experience & Atmosphere: On the plus side, the intake process is incredibly fast and simple. You just tell the attendant what package you want outside and then head inside to pay. My only complaint about the facilities is that it tends to get packed, and there really aren't enough seating options for the crowd when they are busy. On day of service, Mr. Tyler always arrives in a timely manner, communicating prior to arrival that helps relieve the stress about actual show up time. When he shows up, he gets right to work! CERAMIC COAT: Wanting to preserve the integrity of our Honda Element's body, we decided to invest in a ceramic coat. That service includes washing, polishing, ceramic coating paint & trim. The vehicle's trim also receives a special coating to help protect it from Mother Nature as well. It was a world of difference once Tyler was finished working on it! MINI-DETAIL: Our Jeep already has a factory Ceramic coating, and The Mini-Detail Package helped renew its look of newness to the vehicle. The first one was with Juan Carlos (and another helper) for a clean and buff, and my second cleaning was with Victor. Both encounters were super professional, took care of my car, and did a great job on detailing. Also, all of my appointments were last minute but they're very responsive. The value for a regular car wash or both buff and clean is very reasonably priced. I don't ever take my car to the car wash and hand wash my car myself but when I'm busy throughout the week with work I give these guys a call. Most importantly, I don't have buffing skills so I'll end up requesting a monthly buff and wash from these guys. Overall, after two car washes, my car has no damages from getting services, the car always looks fresh and brand new, and Juan Carlos and his crew are reliable.
