I took my convertible for a hand wash and interior clean. Many spots of the exterior were missed like the side view mirrors and under the spoiler. The interior was cleaned up but not much detail. There were still places with debris on the floor, seats and several surfaces were not wiped down. Most disturbing is the ring from a cleaner bottle that was placed on the soft top. Have been going to Prime over Crew for over a year because I think their car wash cleans my Jeep better. However, this last time was the first time I decided to pay extra for the interior wash also. When I first pulled up I was asked, "Are there any spots we should take care of specifically?" to which I told the employee around my gear/cupholder area and the back where my Shepard usually sits would be great. It does look better, however you can tell there was no real effort put in. There's still A LOT of obviously missed things that probably would've been picked up with a second run of the vacuum. Obviously for $45 I'm not looking for professional grade work (especially from a most likely HS/college kid), but some effort for my money would be helpful. MY REAL FRUSTRATION: When I first sat down in the waiting room, I watched as other customers would be called by their car name when it was ready and their car would be waiting on them right outside the door, basically "valet" style. After about 30-45 mins, I get up and see my Jeep parked over in the parking lot... interesting? "maybe they're waiting for something they sprayed on my seats to dry?" I'm not sure, but I do see employees driving cars from the same lot back up into the bays, so maybe it's just their process. I continue to wait... Another 25 mins goes by... there's no cars in the bays now... multiple employees have seen me both inside in the cars and sitting outside on the benches waiting.. yet nobody asks/tells me anything... They're all basically "washing" the waiting room windows, trying to pass time. So I get up and ask nicely but confused, "Hey did I miss my car being called because I see it in the lot?" The girl behind the counter, puzzled, says that it should be done if it's out in the lot. (Nobody else had to go get their car from the lot... so why would I think I had to?) She asks the washers.. who all look at me and to each other... who then all go talk to the manager (assumingly because it's wearing a different color shirt than the rest). Only for one of the employees to come and hand me my keys and say "It's all ready for you!"... like I haven't been staring at it for the past 30+ minutes... Why I wasn't told my car was ready... OR Why was I the only one who had to go ask if it was ready to go get it in the lot myself... OR Why nobody wanted to just say anything and let me sit there WAY longer than I needed to be... I'm not sure. But I'm probably not going to be back to find out. read more

Last week I requested the basic wash with interior cleaning. The gal suggested I add underbody wash to rid the car of the salt, etc. I agreed and she added $5. While waiting for the interior cleaning, I was approached by a different woman who said that because I had clear coat applied and it leaves a grainy service, she suggested a hand wax. I didn't have time for that and she said that if I didn't, the grainy service could damage my paint and they wouldn't be responsible. I asked if I could come back the next day for the hand wax and was told yes, but I would have to also have the basic wash again. I don't believe anything she said. I use to use prime car wash all the time in Greenwood, IN and recently moved to Fishes and Happy that they have a car wash right on my way from home to work so can meet my car sparkly clean. They have a nice facility with separate interior cleaning or towel clean/ Tyre shine bays once you run your car through wash. Decent customer service. Have a waiting area with restrooms, enough seating and free Starbucks coffee machine if you are prime car wash member and getting your interiors clean. I recommend this car wash. read more

I KNOW WHY SERVICE IS SO BAD HERE IF YOU ALL ARE WONDERING! Heard from some of the employees that they withhold any tips you give the workers and can refuse to hand them over for any reason. If I could give less stars for my last wash and several before it i would. Their monthly service at Prime is a rip off and they know it. Save your money and don't do a monthly service with them. They care about selling memberships and don't put enough money into your car being washed correctly. I just took my car in for the last time. Both outside doors on my car were still dirty when they were "done" even though I pointed it out to them before going thru the wash. The inside of my car still had plenty of debris on the floor. Telling me i can go back thru the wash and they will do it right this time is not a problem solved. Who has time to spend and extra half hour beyond what you have already spent there. I've had two car (SUV) memberships for more than 6 years and enough is enough. I'm cancelling today and wont be back. They charge $44 for a full service wash and inside cleaning, which is fine if they actually did the stuff they're supposed to do. But, it's only worth $14 because they fail to do half the stuff in the detail which includes the windows, wiping down the console, and getting the water dried off the car before water spots set in! This isn't my first or second or third or even 10th time experiencing this because it has been happening since I started going 6 months ago. I guess it's my fault to continue to go and it's totally out of convenience, but I'm done and I'll be canceling my monthly membership. Do yourself a favor and save your money! Love the new location. I prefer car washes other than Crew, after having had a chunk of paint chip off after using Crew's unlimited wash. I also like that Prime hand dries the exterior of your car as part of your wash. They're quick and the machine does a good job of washing. I've yet to get the interior cleaned as well, next time. I'll probably make this location my regular spot. As of current, it's still a new location so there isn't a crowd like at Crew on the other side of the freeway. Check them out... and don't forget to tip the guys out there in the cold drying your car. read more

My husband and I both have had memberships since they opened. We go through the wash several times a week since it's unlimited washes. The customer service has always been superb! The company was very quick to replace a trash can that got lost during an inside clean and they even gave me a much better one in it's place. Occasionally we have to wait a couple of mins for someone to assist us but we understand they are mostly teenagers and those things happen. We have never had any damage to either of our vehicles in the entire time they've existed. Our cars always come out squeaky clean. My friend and I have been through Crew and she had to go through a second time because she still had bugs all over the front and it still wasn't clean. We have never had that problem with Prime. So some services might be a little cheaper at Crew but if you have to go through several times to get your car clean then Prime is the better value. They have recently added a mobile service for vehicles and jets. I highly recommend Prime Car Wash! read more

I have a lot to say about this place. They just opened so we were excited to try them out. Our story goes back to their grand opening (1/26). They had signs everywhere to celebrate them opening and were giving away free car washes. Our family went by at lunch time. They were CRAZY busy. Since there were no hours on the signs we asked an employee when they closed. He told us 6, so we went home in hopes the lines would die down and we would go back. I looked online at the website to check the hours which confirmed they closed at 6 that night. We drove back at 5:04. They were closed but had a few cars they were finishing. So we asked another worker why they were closed. He said they were so busy they decided to close early. He apologized and told us wee could get a voucher for a wash since they closed early. We talked to the manager and she refused to give it to us bc we came after they closed. We explained that an employee and their website said 6. She didn't seem to care but went and talked to someone in an office and they decided they would give us one voucher even though we brought two cars. Of course she didn't seem to care and that didn't set right w us so my hubby decided to write a review on the FB page. His review was immediately removed. So being the opinionated person he is, wrote It again. Again, it was removed. So he wrote it a third time and added the picture of the review. It was again removed and they blocked him from commenting again!!!!! So we went and used the free voucher last week. They did a good job, the staff was nice and the car was pretty well taken care of. Needless to say, we went in w high expectations and they failed the first time. The second visit was better but I don't know if we will go back. Maybe again to try since they are so close to us. Who knows- I do know that who ever runs their FB page should have just apologized in the first place for the lack of communication. It would have gone a long way. Tried prime for the first time. The wash was good. Did a good job with exterior cleaning. However the interior job was done poorly. Cup holders, dash, door area, center console was not detailed. Still lots of dust and dirt everywhere. Including the center console. It looks like they just quickly went over it with a towel and not look at it. I did the elite wash + added cleaning/detailing for interior. The total was $69 then tip. Felt the service from Crew which costed $35 for express interior and wash was better. read more

I thought I would give Prime a shot. Definitely will not go back. My 7 year-old grandson does a better job wiping down truck after wash. Door jams were still dirty, bugs still on front grill and way too much tire shine. Not to mention the dirt still on the fenders. Interior cleaning was a joke. Back doors were not even touched. Dog hair still thick on floor board (I wasn't expecting all of it gone). Dash still had dust in corners. I would have given zero stars but the young lady at then end was trying to correct all the shortcomings. But, there were just too many. Save your time and money. Don't go to Prime. read more

I have grown to love Prime Carwash, but one thing that EVERYONE needs to be aware of is that sign at the entrance that states they are not responsible for damage to aftermarket equipment. What they don't say is they are not responsible for anything. We brought in my brothers 2 day old 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe Limited. He bought it on May 10th directly from the dealership with no damage. On May 11th, we brought it to Prime in Fishers and after leaving the carwash we noticed that the rims were stained by some chemical that was sprayed on it from the wash. We filed a claim with the carwash, and all they said was that it wasn't their fault. They have nothing that would stain the rims. We took it to a rim repair shop. As soon as they looked at them, they stated that it was sprayed with something that had an acid base in it. Please make sure you have pictures of what your vehicle looked like before your go through, or just don't go at all. Very, Very poor customer service !!! read more

I am so disappointed that I bought an unlimited wash here. I have come weekly for 6 weeks and so far I have only had 1 visit where I did not sit in my car forever and wait. It. Is. So. Slow. Further. The "hand drying" is totally inconsistent. Half the time they leave visible water all over the windshield alone (which I would think is easiest for them to see) but also all over the rest of the car. They act like they do not care. I got tired of pointing out spots they missed. I likely will not renew the membership. Wash itself is better than crew. That's why they get two stars. I previously used the location on Mundy Drive in Noblesville, but stopped because my vehicle was never clean. When the Olivia Road location opened I decided to give it a shot. The first couple of times they performed well. My Tahoe looked very nice. However, I visited soon after and horrible service. I paid $70 to receive a dirty vehicle. I could not return because I was traveling. However, I contacted them and got no response. Should have learned, but no. Last week I went back hoping for a better outcome. I paid for the premium service withy company credit card then paid cash for two extra services. When I was told my Tahoe was done, I went out to a vehicle that was not clean nor were the other two services complete. I stood outside for 5 minutes after I told them the service was not done, until finally getting frustrated and going inside. Three representatives were behind the counter telling me that I didn't pay for the extra services to which I pointed at the gentleman that checked me in and said I gave you cash for these Sergei's. He then said, oh yeah he did. No apologies, not one bit of concern. Only disdain for a paying customer. No managers...in fact they both disappeared into the back office. I dropped my car off for a full detail which isn't cheap. They told me 1.5 - 2 hours. I had a busy Saturday so I left my phone # with them. 4 hours later I called and ask if the car was done, and was rudely told that if I had not received a phone call then it wasn't done. I waited another hour and called to be told the same thing, after 6 hours and my Saturday ruined I called back to be told "yes tour car is done and has been, we didn't have a contact # to reach you". I was steamed and ask for a manager who just said "oh sorry about that". I use their service often but will never go back. I have received both the 360 and 180 service and was not impressed. They did not do a thorough job and left water spots on the outside of my vehicle. They also did not fully clean and vacuum the inside with the 360 wash. It is too much money to spend for low quality service. I tried to cancel my monthly membership and was denied a refund. Brought my car in that I had just gotten the week before, paid for the highest car wash (35) and then got the hand wax...total ended up spending 70 dollars. Wasn't allowed to have a coffee since I wasn't a member, oh well, that was fine. While I waited to get my car waxed and cleaned it was pleasant. Finally when I got my car back I got inside and first of all I noticed absolutely nothing had been cleaned, aside from the intense smeared windshield I now had, I pulled over at the gas station and decided to examine. I should've just cleaned the car myself, the hand wax was done poorly and clumbs of wax or cleaner were in several spots on my car, my car mats were all put back in incorrectly, all the windows were spotty and needed to be re cleaned not to mention my back passenger side window now had a scratch in the glass - pretty hard to do.
