When I messaged her the next day with a video, she said they weren't overprocessed and it's the same product Kim Kardashian uses and that I could come back which wasn't possible because I was at work and then going out of town. Now a month later, many of my lashes have fallen out and new ones are growing in all short and noticeable because I have blond lashes as well as the rest of my lashes are still permed all crazy while the new ones aren't. She absolutely ruined my lashes and I will NEVER get a perm again. I recently moved to WNY and where I lived previously had someone for 2 years do a great job so I know how this process should look and go! She also charges double what others do! You do NOT get what you pay for and if I could give her zero stars I would. I am going to have to wait months for them to fully grow out now and out $170.

She is so friendly and the aesthetic of her salon is so pretty. It's pink and bright and inviting. She sat me down down and applied numbing cream. I stg I felt like my eyebrows were stoned. I didn't feel a thing. We went over the type of service that would be best for me. Since I do have brows, and just struggled with them being uneven and patchy, we decided on the micro-shading, as it would be the best option for what I was looking for. Since I do makeup almost every day, this was the best option for me. She made sure I was okay every few minutes and asked me about my life, where I worked, how long I wanted it done, how I heard about her - she was super friendly. My eyebrows look AMAZING. The owner, Janine, greeted me and was very polite. In hindsight, I should have scheduled services with her, but alas, I did not. My facial was fragmented and didn't flow. A cleanser, then a serum, then a toner- which removed the serum? All over the place, without much rationale. I've had facials all over the country- without much of a miss. This.was.the.worst. Then comes the brows, after the concerning and confusing facial. My brows were tinted and then waxed. The tint left me looking like Ms. Trunchbull. No way I was going out in public with those on my face. Upon closer inspection my brows were haphazardly waxed- which I couldn't tell with the mass of tint still on my skin. Arrived home, attempted all the tricks to remove the tint, with little success. I'll be headed to another salon next week to correct the $40 attempt at brow shaping. I ended up being in a pedicure room by myself and that was ok. My dog, Freya, had a relaxing time and was brought some water. My pedicures, May, was AMAZING, kind, attentive, and loved Freya! I did not have appointment. But I went in for a Fill with Gel. I was given another new person. (…read morelike the last time I went in ) This one was NO Different. She had NO idea what I was doing.I It took her 20 min to take polish off 1 finger and then she did not get it all off . had to show her how to trim my nails. She tried to uses clippers til I said some thing. She said she would not charge me fill price. But when I went to pay the manager was there and charged me fill price and said I should of had appointment. I think this is BS . I'm sure they will know how posted this. PS I still had to come home and file my nail.
