She gives my eyebrows a nice shape and does not make them too thin like some other places have. She is also very quick and precise. I appreciate this because I find threading to be pretty painful and I like for it to be over quickly. I can walk in and out within 10 minutes at Brow Studio 7. They have a rewards program. Every dollar you spend you get a point and eventually you can earn a free eyebrow threading. It costs $10 to get your brows done which is pretty reasonable. The lady tells me that I should come every two weeks, but I try to go every three weeks. The rewards program tells her the last time I was there. I don't really mind when she mentions it. Overall I'm glad to have found Brow Studio 7 because they do a great job and are very fast. No more waiting 30 minutes to get my brows done at the mall!

I have booked someone else. You can reschedule or leave. I asked her why she did not call me and inform me or check with me before scheduling someone else. She had no reply. Overall she was just rude to a new customer. I had an interview the next day and she completely messed up my next one hour looking for a parlor. I went to Care cuts in Sola Salon as they agreed to schedule me immediately, they were very nice and accommodating.

That being said, my brows always come out perfect (getting them waxed it's always been 50/50) and it seems like it takes them a lot longer to grow back. I used to get them waxed every 2 weeks and usually can go 4-6 weeks in between threading.
