He is a hard worker, I see him vacuuming all the weight machines, taking out the garbage, he seems very responsible and l like to come to a fitness center that is clean, I recommend this fitness center because it is very clean and organized, someone like Freddy deserves recognition. Also my husband works out here and every time he goes to the sauna, showers and bathrooms they are super clean, Thanks for all you do Freddy!

I don't think any other gyms around has an indoor lap pool. I don't like swimming outside and having the sun age my skin. What could be better? Well, the gym is very crowded all the time so I feel like it's the hunger games in the weight room and sometimes I don't get to use the machines I want. Sometimes people are nice but there are definitely some rude, cocky people there with attitude. I also dislike how many influencers or people that are filming themselves. It's busy enough and now I feel like I need to move out of the way because I don't want to be in your video/photos. Also- why does the childcare room only take 2+ year old kids? They should take babies as well. I can't workout here as much as I want because I am a mom of young kids. I like how the ymca can take care of babies starting 6 or 8 weeks I believe. The parking lot is madness when it's busy. Hard to find a spot sometimes. This place just keeps signing up more and more members and so it's overcrowded here. If it wasn't for the indoor lap pool, I would have gone elsewhere for the gym and spend a little more money.

So, next, I asked a Neeurologist for her opinion. I was particularly interested in her opinion both from her medical training and the fact that she had practiced for 10 years as a PT before earning her M.D. I needed someone who would simply listen, I explained. Someone I could have confidence in to tailor a "PT prescription", as it were, to my unique circumstances. Did she know someone that fit that description? What I got was immensly more satisfying than simply someone who could give me a "PT prescription".
