Love this place! After both of my cars got keyed by my psychotic neighbor for parking on the street near her house (wtf?!) I caught her in the act and filmed the whole thing. She agreed to pay the damages to avoid going to jail. I ended up going to many repair places to get quotes and these guys had a great price and reputation. I got my first car fixed and it turned out great, I couldn't even tell it had been repainted. It blended perfectly with the original paint. So of course I took my second car back which had tons of dents and dings on it and I wanted to change the color while I was at it. It blew my mind how great it turned out! I was involved on an accident on 9/17/21, on the 10 freeway and 71, when I exit the freeway a tow truck pull me over and told me that my car was throwing smoke and that the other persons insurance had called him to tow my car, when I checked there was no smoke coming out then he hooked up my car and told me to get in the tow truck. I was so confused from the crash and with out a choice I got in the tow truck because he already had hooked up my car, then he drove me all the way to Central LA to this Prime auto body shop. The whole time I felt that I didn't have a choice and they had taken my vehicle with out my consent and I was forced to this body shop. At Prime auto body collision they were trying to get me a rental in order to leave my vehicle there, when my card declined the owner then put his credit card on file and had the rental company release a car to me. After speaking to my lawyer he advised me to get my vehicle back and when I arrived at Prime auto collision they would not release my vehicle until I return the rental and they would not release it to me, my insurance had to go get it out.at this point I'm going to file a complaint with the bureau of automobile repair and also contact the CHP to let them know that there is these people going around taking people's cars by forced see that on the previous rating they had the same issue. I will attach my police report and and picture of my car so my review does not get deleted. read more

Someone smashed the side of my car while it was parked on the street --- of course they didn't leave a note. Mind you, this is my dream car. If I hadn't read the divine readings of Tolle, I surely would've flipped a wig. Instead, I chose to stay calm and chose to keep my vibration solid. I decided to consult some people who have experience in the car business to find the right shop to fix my "baby." A friend of mine steered me in the direction of Prime Auto Collision Center and Mr. Ihmad. I called Ihmad and explained my situation. He explained the process of dealing with my insurance company and such. He shed serious light on the situation without giving me any sort of sales pitch whatsoever. After speaking with him and now feeling at ease, I asked him to fix my car. He offered to pick my car up from my office. He also referred me to a rental company that was very close to my office. After handing my baby over to Ihmad, he told me it would take a few weeks to get my car fixed properly. Throughout the process he was quick to answer my questions with a pleasant and charming attitude. I also called him about a dent I had on my hood from another matter, and he fixed it without charging me a penny!! The time finally came to pick up my baby, and I was pleasantly surprised. The work was done was clean and properly. Of course, Ihmad offered to drop the car off at my office if need be. My car was detailed prior to pick up, inside-and-out! The whole process with Ihmad was "easy-peasy," as the kids say now-a-days. He went above and beyond during the entire process and kept his word with the finish date of my car. This place isn't far from my house, so I thought I would give it a try after I got into a bad accident and my car wasn't even driveable. I got to their shop early and they took me in early. They called my insurance company for me and handled everything with such ease and simplicity! I didn't have to do anything. I was kept in the loop about the insurance, the damage, and whatever else was going on. I even had some extra body work done out of my own pocket and I was given such a good deal fro Imad! I went in to receive a quote for some repairs to my car. I did not want to involve insurance as the damages were under my deductible. I was asked to come in to the office and was shown some prices on the monitor. He also quoted $500 to repair and paint my bumper when other places charge $400 to replace it with an entirely new bumper and $298 for a refurbished one...so a little steep there. Then when I asked how much it would be altogether I was told he could not give me a quote until he removed the bumper to see what he could find...Hmmm, interesting...? Then I asked, 'so you can not give me a quote on official paperwork' and I was told they would have to charge me $40 to print it out...really, pretty sure that sounds illegal but I'll check. I'll also never be back to these shady owners nor do I recommend anyone else going there. BTW latest update is I received a quote for $275 from Metro Collision Center just down the street, repairing only what I asked for...oh, and they provided me a official quote on paper for FREE!!! read more
