My wife and I have had less than satisfactory results with optometrists in the past, so were not expecting much. But we were pleasantly surprised to say the least. The receptionist/office staff were welcoming, fun and friendly. Dr. Joshua Wolf was easy-going, interested in listening, and very, very thorough. He took his time explaining all results and, best of all, did NOT push products that I didn't actually need. Even though my eyes had changed slightly since my last checkup, he advised that my current prescription is adequate and didn't need upgrading. Also, Brittany was very helpful to my wife in choosing new frames, especially in finding a set that was very close to one my wife loved but was way over what we wanted to spend, thus getting what she wanted at a fraction of the cost. So, ordered lenses online, and received with the wrong power. Went to NFEC, told them what happened (gave me wrong script), but they said that was the correct prescription. I cannot see anything out of them!!! Now, I am out $100+ for lenses I can't use, because I cannot return them.
