At times, we were so discouraged and ready to give up. Thanks to Atiyeh, we found our dream home and have enjoyed it immensely. When we decided to sell this year to be closer to family, we were equally excited to work with her again (our choice). As a repeat client, I can attest to Atiyeh's ethic, honesty and integrity. When combined with her drive to exceed expectations and fantastic personality, you have the right Agent on your side. Thank you Atiyeh for an outstanding job working to help us make our dreams come true.

We were quickly contacted by Atiyeh Cassidy who presented as warm, personal and knowledgeable, without any pressure whatsoever. Throughout every stage of the process Atiyeh was ALWAYS available for support and guidance. Saying she was a pleasure to work with would be an understatement. There were many times where it felt like we were her only clients due to her dedication and commitment to our sale. She would usually stick around after visits or stay on the phone to get to know us better and reassure us every step of the way. I really can't say enough how much we appreciated her hard work and expertise. Had we not moved out of Massachusetts we would undoubtedly solicit her services for any future homesales or purchases. I cannot recommend Atiyeh and her team enough.

He's been working with these kind of mortgages for 17 years and his experience shows. He provided a perfect roadmap for each stage of the process. Dave was able to tell me what was due and when and about how long each step would take. Dave's service was so personalized and personable I felt as though I was the only customer. He went above and beyond to help make the mortgage happen while keeping me safe from COVID. All meetings were masked and socially distanced and best of all occurred in my home. Dave made everything clear and non-threatening; answering all my questions. No matter how many times he had to explain, he never made me feel stupid. I would not have received the very best Christmas present, a roof over my head, if not for the patience and knowledge of Dave Tourtillott and Home stead Mortgage.

How is it that I forgot to review Keller Williams and Ellen Friedman back in June 2012? Probably…read morebecause I was still seething with anger over being left sitting at an apartment that I was anxious to see and RENT. I was even willing to pay the full fee as it was June and all the good places had either just been rented or were not available until September. In email correspondence, Ellen KNEW I WAS COMING FROM 20 MINUTES SOUTH OF PROVIDENCE. She is the one who suggested a 3:30 meeting time in Belmont, and I decided that was fine; I would see the apartment, hopefully take it, and then stay in town to have dinner. 3:30, no Ellen. Waited, waited, waited some more. No Ellen. In my hurry to leave RI on time (you know, so I could drive 70 miles each way to see an apartment) I did not have my phone with me, so I couldn't call her. Waited some more, finally left a note on the mailbox saying I had been there and to please be in touch. Got home (and back to my phone)... NO MESSAGE. Seriously? I emailed her to say (again!) that I had driven a long way to see an apartment at a time she suggested and she wasn't there. She had THE NERVE to say: 1. Why didn't I call her? 2. She blamed it on her assistant and said that the assistant put down the wrong date/time 3. Said if I wanted to come back, she would deduct $100 off the fee. Wow, a whole $100! What I would like to say about the professional service shown by Ellen really shouldn't be written ~

We didn't have a buyer's agent yet, but liked her immediately, and tasked her with helping us find our "dream" home. We'd met plenty of agents on our own before, but they all were either pushy, needy, or kind of creepy in that Annette Benning in American Beauty "I'M GOING TO SELL THIS HOUSE" kind of way... Kelli was smart and honest, had thoughtful advice, met us all the time to show us houses in 9 different towns, and was extremely patient and encouraging. It took over a year, and she was fantastic throughout the entire process, which was often a nightmare, due to a sale falling through because of the seller at the last minute- literally, 4 days before closing the seller notified us she didn't hire movers after all, and would not be vacating the house- after granting her three extensions! Kelli was professional, helpful and supportive through the entire nightmarish hellscape of a process. We finally found our dream home in Wakefield, and are now selling out house in Wayland. We liked Kelli Cantillon so much that we've hired her to sell our house in Wayland, even though it's a bit of a hike from her office. We really couldn't be more pleased. * Edited to add the Wayland house had multiple offers within 48 hours, and we accepted one well over asking price!
