Big and spacious. Over two floors! I love the make over, of this store, blue and black is the colour scheme, better than the former look of the store. I like the fact that it's not messy, and the staff are professional. I still buy the basics, but it is still generic fashion, to my taste. My sister the jeans are good in length for tall chicks for us, but you still have to use a belt to tighten it around your waist....I'm still dubious about, I know that ain't going over my booty. I mainly in the men's section buying £3 plimsols or £5 jogging bottoms that still last. They have a beauty section, make ups etc plus you can buy DVDs and headphones now in Primark, which they did not do before. But yeah I like this store, it's as goods as gets.....until they plant a tall section...wishful thinking! read more

Who doesn't heart Primark? Primark not 'Primarni' or any other shoddy names. Who needs to be embarrassed to say they shop at this haven anymore? Not I that's for sure. The Watford branch is an absolute gem of an offering. It's far enough outside London that it's always got those pieces you see screaming 'buy me' out of Look's/Heat's/Grazia's pages but also not to remote that it stocks bad garments and trends. Today's little outing consisted of the new season's temptations lining the entrance walkway, neatly, surprisingly as well. Mary Portas has certainly has scared the big wigs at HQ because every member of staff I spoke to today was helpful and polite. Saying that, it was very almost, eerily quiet whilst I was shopping. I spied a bag in the window on the way in, hunted for it but was informed it had sold out, me being me, demanded said bag et viola! It's mine now. The jewellery section was merchandised to perfection, lined with sparkle, nudes and adorned with shimmer. The new season line up looks fantastic and had I had more money I would've spent a small fortune this morning and I didn't even make it downstairs to shoes and homeware. Keep up the good work Primark. read more
This store is enormous so expect to spend a lot of time here if you're a fan of Primark! The store can be entered either from the main street or from the Harlequin centre and has two floors. This store doesn't suffer from clothing all over the floor as does it's Harrow equivalent. It has a much larger selection of all the clothing that you'd expect for ladies, men and children and the lingerie section is massive. My only criticism is that the dresses, trousers and skirts rails are a little too close together so when the shop is busy at the weekend it can be a bit of a bunfight. My other comment is they often put too many hangers of clothes on a rail and, as you try to sort through them, to find your size, they'll fall off the rail. Depending upon the time of day, you'll probably be in a queue to pay: the downstairs till has a single queue whereas upstairs there is a left side and a right side. When in Watford, I make a point of going here as my last port of call - that way, if I find loads of stuff to buy, I'm not carting it around all day. read more

This store is very large, and covers a number of floors. To be honest it does get very messy and i find it very higgedly piggedly. It gets very busy and this can prevent you from browsing for bargains. There are always queues at all the till points and the staff aren't always the most efficient - you can tell Primark isn't their chosen career they are just there to make a quick buck. Clothes aren't the best quality and aren't made to last. They don't wash well and usually are either left mishapen or fall apart after a few washes read more

I really like this Primark. It is well spaced out and fairly easy to browse for items (although harder at the weekends when it is busy!) There are 3 till points, which is good as the queues to pay don't get too long. They could do with more fitting rooms as there can be long queues to try stuff on but otherwise I have no complaints with this store! read more

Keeping in Mind it's Primark - the whole idea is cheap clothing etc - the quality is hit and miss. This particular store is HUGE! definately the biggest and best Primark I've been in. As I said - the quality is hit and miss, but when you do find a bargain - it is a real bargain! Makes shopping at the other smaller Primarks disappointing in range. Staff are typical of a large cheap chain, not terribly interested in customer service - they're there to do their shift, having said that I've never had an unpleasant experience there. All the staff have always smiled and been friendly. read more

This is the biggest Primark I have visited. There are two floors to this shop and both are full! Compares to other Primarks I have shopped at this one in Watford is by far the tidiest. They had several assistance whose job is to keep the shelves tidy. Personally I find that Primark clothes don't fit me but I am happy to buy night wear and socks. Recently I bought some beautiful slipper socks from there and they are perfect for the winter. If you like Primark clothes then the branch in Watford is the perfect place for you. read more

I love primark. It is my go to shopping place when I'm in town. I love the clothes and shoes! And other kid stuff. Workers are nice and helpful, it is a big shop so it takes me awhile to shop here. Which I don't mind! I enjoy browsing and looking at the items :] I love it! I wish we have this shop in California! Love it ! read more

Horrible rude and disrespectful staff. They give you no opportunity to talk or explain anything. A colleague called Natt I found to be very rude and unprofessional along with the lady who served me (I didn't catch her name) she then proceeded to tell me if I'm having my first pregnancy then I'll loose the baby weight and fit into the outfit I was trying to return but if it's my second then I will not lose the weight.. I then explained this was my second pregnancy and her answer was to give it to a friend who would fit in it. read more

This is one of the bigger Primarks and there is actually space for all the clothes and customers - unlike a lot of other Primarks! There is always a queue at the tills but the staff are fairly efficient so you never have to wait too long. This Primark seems to stock items you don't get in other Primarks as well. read more

A nice large store in Watford, its has two levels within the shopping centre and sell men, ladies, homeware items, children clothes & a little more too. Sometimes you can bag yourself a bargain. The store is reasonable tidy, I had seen worst before but the interior is fresh looking and nice. Could do with a few body guards around as for it is a large store so thefts can get away but overall a nice place to visit if you want to buy clothes which are cheap and comfortable to wear. read more

Not a fantastic Primark, sadly. There are too many things to look at and it doesn't feel like a particularly nice store. Carries everything you want from a Primark though. read more

This store is very big but I think all are. The changing rooms aren't laid out well meaning there is always really long queue. Its quite messy sometimes but better laid out than other primarks read more

The best Primark I've ever visited with 2 large floors and 2 entrances. Much more of a selection than any other Primark store that I have been in. Shame it's so far away from where I live. One problem I have with Primark is their sizing, most clothes come up too small especially trousers. Although T-shirts are pretty much to size. The staff at Watford, are quite offhand, and uninterested but to be fair I've found this in just about every Primark store I've ever visited in particular Harlow and Stevenage. Overall for choice of clothing the Watford branch is the best of all the Primark stores read more
