I followed all instructions exactly, placed the vehicle in neutral as directed, and the vehicle was pulled into the equipment, causing significant damage to the right side, including the front fender. What is most disappointing is that Bliss Car Wash appears unwilling to take responsibility for the damage and instead focuses on the age of the vehicle. The fact that a vehicle is 10 years old should be completely irrelevant. My truck is exceptionally well maintained and was in excellent condition before entering the car wash. Customers should expect that their vehicle will leave a car wash in the same condition it entered. When damage occurs due to the operation of the wash, the company should stand behind its service and treat customers fairly. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Bliss Car Wash and would not use their services again

You may want to bring some wipes/ car towels if you get bothered by the leftover water on the glass area, as the drying probably could have done a better job. I came on Saturday afternoon and it was so busy. I didn't realize how packed a car wash can get. It was a little confusing with being my first time and I had entered from the side, but one of the employees pointed to where I needed to go. After pulling into the service line I was helped shortly. The employee asked some questions to determine what type of service I needed and then recommended the Special #1. I was then directed to go inside to pay and to wait at the waiting area. They post coupons on their website so I was able to save $5 with the coupon. It took about an hour from start to finish. After I had left, I noticed there were some lint and fabric pieces on the windshield as well as on the passenger seat. This seemed to be from the towels they used. The bottom of my dash monitor also had about an inch thick streak. It seemed that part got missed while wiping. I also noticed my trunk cover was not put back correctly so while I was driving I kept on hearing a thumping noise. Upon closer inspection I saw some damage to the cover. Looks like there was supposed to be a plastic covering that is no longer there. I looked around the trunk to see if I could find it but it might have been vacuumed up already. These things were not noticeable right away. Although my car is a lot cleaner, I am not sure if I will return.

CERAMIC COAT: Wanting to preserve the integrity of our Honda Element's body, we decided to invest in a ceramic coat. That service includes washing, polishing, ceramic coating paint & trim. The vehicle's trim also receives a special coating to help protect it from Mother Nature as well. It was a world of difference once Tyler was finished working on it! MINI-DETAIL: Our Jeep already has a factory Ceramic coating, and The Mini-Detail Package helped renew its look of newness to the vehicle. The first one was with Juan Carlos (and another helper) for a clean and buff, and my second cleaning was with Victor. Both encounters were super professional, took care of my car, and did a great job on detailing. Also, all of my appointments were last minute but they're very responsive. The value for a regular car wash or both buff and clean is very reasonably priced. I don't ever take my car to the car wash and hand wash my car myself but when I'm busy throughout the week with work I give these guys a call. Most importantly, I don't have buffing skills so I'll end up requesting a monthly buff and wash from these guys. Overall, after two car washes, my car has no damages from getting services, the car always looks fresh and brand new, and Juan Carlos and his crew are reliable.
