He was really great, very informative about everything, all was sanitary and he made sure to remind me of the 3 rules after piercings as well as giving me a website for ease to check back up on those or contact him if any problems arose. Hubby got his first tattoo last week by Puppet and by far had the best experience! The environment was so relaxing and chill.

The piercer or "goose" as it says on the website(not sure if that's his nickname but he wears a bandanna I never and has three piercings on his chin) was amazing. It was one of my first piercings I've gotten besides my earlobes. Me and my dad's girlfriends daughter both got our helix pierced. I went first he showed me the jewelry let me pick it out told me the pros and cons of choosing a stud or the hoop/ring. he was very thorough with aftercare. He answered all of the questions I had and went through deep breathing with me and told me exactly when he was going to put the needle through we practiced once and then he actually did it. His studio is very clean as soon as we walked in it smelt like rubbing alcohol almost like a hospital, and there was no clutter everything was organized and very clean he even explained to us how the jewelry sanitization works. He explained things in a very simple way from the sanitization process to how to take care of the piercing.He even recommended some products to help. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. We even made small talk and he told us he used to be an EMS which made me feel even more comfortable. He was a really cool guy and had both of us in and out in about an hour. If I ever want another piercing or a tattoo in the future I will definitely be going there.He was funny and made the whole process very comfortable. read more

Well, they were able to get me in the same day I walked in, which is always good. I've never had the nerve to actually get a tattoo, but after 2 years of wanting the same thing, I decided to put my big girl panties on and go for it! The ONLY complaint I have is that my tattoo artist slept in late and so I had to wait almost an hour past my appt time to get the dang thing done. Keep in mind, this was at 6pm. Not as if I didn't have enough time to try to chicken out as it was.... I'm glad I didn't. I wanted my daughter's name in soft cursive letters across my wrist. He drew something up and it was perfect! My tattoo is beautiful. Tip-They only take cash. Will I ever go back? To support someone else getting a tattoo-yes. To get one of my own? NO! Me and my girlfriend went in for her first tattoo. This place was recommended by friends And as we walked in the owner puppet was so rude an obnoxious to us because my girlfriend only wanted a small star for her first tattoo. He hurt her feelings made her feel bad about her decision for that tattoo. So We proceeded to leave, he got up and apologized for his behavior so we gave him another chance. That was the worst mistake ever. His sly remarks and lesbian jokes got old real quick and I could tell my girlfriend was feeling uncomfortable so we decided to leave in the middle of the tattoo. He charged us full price and said look I'm a married man it's not like I was gonna take y'all home with me. Needless to say we won't be coming back to this place ever again. It's sad that We heard good things about this place only to be treated like this. Lesson learned. We won't be back. read more

When I was 18, I'm 25 now, I went with my boyfriend and his friend; my boyfriend and I got our first tattoos. His was his mother's name on his back, "Lucy". To me, I'm not impressed. The "y" on the end looks like it tried to be a cursive "k" and failed. He can't see it, and is just happy it's there. He plans on expanding on it for a bigger piece. I had my stepdad draw mine up for me, a tribute to a fallen friend and my brothers. It was a bit girly, butterfly with stars (each one representing one of my brothers). The drawing came out awesome, but the artist came out a bit like a kids drawing. There's places on the tattoo that are obvious he went over a couple times, it's all clumped with black ink. Some of the stuff he said he wouldn't do because it would fade away with time. The drawing had more of a watercolor thing, brightly colored, and I didn't expect the exact thing to happen on my skin, but I am disappointed in the real thing. To me it looks like a flat kids coloring book drawing slapped on my shoulder and doesn't seem to flow with my body either. I'd be willing to go back for a redemption, but I haven't. Thinking back, I would've asked him to change this or that. read more
