Went in today for threading. I signed in and the esthetician (no nametags or introductions so I gave no idea about her name) took care of my brows quickly. She nicked my skin once but over all, it was a decent do. Sidenote: As I was waiting, another customer was getting worked on and her esthetician kept interrupting her work to reply back to her texts. She was a better woman than me for not saying anything or expecting a little more professionalism. I was very grateful that my esthetician focused on doing her job while she took care of me.

i went here to get a wax like i've done several times before and they burned me! when i told the…read moretwo ladies one with pink highlights and an older women they proceeded to say it was not them and must have been something i used on my face because their wax "doesn't get hot enough". and "the top of my eyebrow would've been burned too" but inbetween doing the top of my eyebrows to the bottom where it's hurt she was also doing my friends eyelash lift so this would've been the reason the wax got too hot. They then pulled out the consent form and said do i use any of these things and i said no i don't and i said i only use face wash i said cera ve and they said that's why "my skin was ripped off" when i told them it doesn't say i couldn't use it on the consent form and that i've never had a problem before they said it's my face wash not them. if this was the case don't you think the top of my eyebrows would be like the bottom?? and also the last time i used this face wash was last night so it can't be. If you look at this picture you can very obviously tell i was burned and they refuse to take responsibility for it or do anything other than say it was my fault. There is a few great people that work here don't get me wrong, but i'm very disappointed with the outcome of todays visit, and hope this doesn't happen to anyone else, not only is my skin burning and hurts to the touch,but this is going to take awhile to heal for what should have been a simple eyebrow wax.

This lead to the black polish underneath to rub off and fade.. and also, these bats are NOT worth $10 per nail. The MOST i would say is $5-6, definitely not $10. The bats aren't perfect, which they should've been since i paid a total of 185 fucking DOLLARS. They only told me the price after putting my tips and some acrylic on.. and ik i shouldve said no and walked away but im a very shy and nervous person so im working on speaking up. Never coming back here again. They are cute for the most part, definitely wearing these for a month or more to make the most of it.
