The customer service is great and I like going here at gardening time to purchase my tomato and pepper plants. I then received a call from Ryan, who was much more professional. I was advised that all Rouladen meat had been frozen and put in the fridge the night prior to pickup. I had not been told that the meat would be frozen when ordering, nor at the time of pickup, as I had wanted fresh meat for our special occasion. I finally asked for a refund but have had no response as yet. Disappointed and sadly will look elsewhere in the future.
