Get to know the farmer and make wise choices. We have tried a few different beef farmers in the area and Cartwright is by far the best value and quality we have found to date.

There is also a deli counter with sandwich meats and and great choice of fresh salads. I then received a call from Ryan, who was much more professional. I was advised that all Rouladen meat had been frozen and put in the fridge the night prior to pickup. I had not been told that the meat would be frozen when ordering, nor at the time of pickup, as I had wanted fresh meat for our special occasion.
