This place was great. The lady that was helping us there was especially nice and showed us great pieces of jewelry. We bought quite a few pieces all with a reasonable price. The plants were my favorite thing and I spent a long time looking at them. I bought one and she packaged it nicely for me and I'll have it on a plane with me. She also showed us the candle scents and we picked up 4 packs and they smelled great. Highly recommend this jewelry/plant/incense/gemstone store. They have lots to look at. Here in August 2020. Super small area to look at, and they said it was because of the pandemic as they didn't want to have to clean the items. In and out in 2 minutes because of the area we were allowed to view which didn't have much. I collect rocks, so they missed out on a sale. Saw some really interesting items on the floor that I didn't bother asking to see because of the curt way they spoke to us. read more

Zahara and her family run this business with the perfect combination of sincerity, kindness and business sense. Not a "woo woo" shop, just a really great, natural experience with the gifts of nature. Perhaps the greatest gifts in the shop are the family owners. Their spirit is so loving. It became immediately apparent to me (a fellow rock lover) that they are in their right livelihood. Drove all the way from PA to come look at this store and walked all the way across town to look was so excited and looked up hours I was there a half hour before closing and was turned away because the guy working said he was closed for the day @420. Super bummed because I am the type of person to drop 600 bucks on crystals oh well ... Won't be going back again read more

I was excited to step into this shop - I had past it several times in past visits and love viewing the beauty and energy of crystals while traveling. However, when my friend brought up the racist assumptions behind having a Lakota war bonnet on display at the store as decoration, we were cursed at and told we should take our business elsewhere. We did. Please choose to do the same - defensive, unexamined racism and objectification of the sacred symbols of indigenous cultures is unacceptable and should not be supported or tolerated. read more

Stay away. I'd give them a negative star if it was possible. Unbelievably bad customer service for a "spiritual" shop. In our visit to Port Townsend, my brother's wife stopped in to buy a gift. She inadvertently left her Kate Spade sunglasses on the counter. We were in Seattle when she realized her mistake. The store confirmed they had them. We asked for them to mailed COD and offered to pay them for their troubles. They laughed and refused to help in any way. Her husband and I called back spoke to different people but could not get one person to be a good Samaritan. We looked it up, the post office is 0.2 miles from the store. Bad, bad karma to say the least. Hope they enjoy the sunglasses. read more

We are the people from Connecticut that left the glasses in this shop. I explained by phone that the glasses were important to my wife and I would be glad to pay not only for the shipping but also for their time. We made a purchase there, not just browsing. I couldn't believe it when the guy laughed at me and said they were way too busy to return anything from their lost and found. They are not too busy to ship their stuff from their on-line store, and people weren't exactly lined up outside to get in! They need to burn a bunch of that smudge grass and consider a business that doesn't require customer service. read more

I love this shop. I just came on yelp to give various reviews and was absolutely shocked on two of the reviews here. I actually had to check the pictures, name of the place... to make sure I was at the right spot. TWICE. Firstly, I cannot imagine anyone at this establishment using disrespectful profanity, nor being at all disrespectful. It just doesn't add up. Doesn't fit. Not from my experience, or my husbands. We do not know the owners or anyone working in this place for that matter, but our experience going into this place with our special needs son, was that of care and respect, like family. The energy in this place is very nice from what I experienced. The gal we worked with was incredible. Another gal there who came over to our discussion was really knowledgeable and so helpful, as I was looking for a specific, and rather hard to find item. They were great. And, fun. It was a wonderful experience for our son who has a lot of sensitivities, which is obvious to others, and instead of steering clear of him, they were so sweet, and caring and respectful with him. On my husband's visit, he took pictures as I was at home ill and could not attend that trip, shortly after they opened. The staff was cheery and helpful, not minding his photos at all - even joining in on some, bringing fantastic energy to me virtually - what a great gift! They gave him just as much time and fun as they gave to our family during the later time we went together. From my experience, this is a beautiful place. Very different from the other crystal shop in PT and very needed. It really fits, right where it is at. Lovely, warm & fun! read more

I was so intrigued by the unicorn & raven display in the window of this place I was really excited to go in. As soon as I entered, I saw a giant war bonnet on display. (You know, those native headdresses with lots of feathers.) I pointed out that this was incredibly offensive, since war bonnets are sacred to the Lakota people and are earned over the course of a lifetime, never given or sold. The employee told me to go fuck myself and told me to get out of the store. It feels really sad to live in a world where my kid might get told to go fuck themselves if they ask a store employee why their sacred regalia is being sold as a costume. I know that many people in Port Townsend would call this self-righteous or overly PC, but this stuff really has an impact. It has an impact on the hundreds of native artists on reservations literally surrounding Port Townsend who are trying to make a living. It hurts my kid as I have to explain to them why white people think it's ok to take sacred relics from their tribe. It hurts me as a white woman in a mixed race family trying to do better than my ancestors and raise my kid in a good way. Please go to one of the like...5 reservations within an hour of Port Townsend and get some Native art from them, leave this store alone. read more
