After 10 years of being a loyal patient, they refused to see a mom for appointment because of daughter's bill that had already been sent to collections--which legally, they can't collect on! Worst part? They never even reached out and waited weeks until the appointment. They just lost not only me but my entire family and extended family as patients. Unprofessional and unacceptable. The staff is not professional at all and no care for human life as they acted disgraceful when told of a recent death. Appalling service
