If you are looking for just a cleaning, sure your in the right place. Anything else, you'll get referred out. Their website list all these services yet there is no one ever there that can perform the specialty listed. They list on their site treatments and screening, but when you make an appointment there's a screening call to make sure they can see you and perform the services. Trust if they cannot you will get a referral very quick. As it relates to their customers service: Front desk...please train them better. Stop talking to people as though they know them and are on the street. No one need the attitudes. Especially, when you have to repeat yourself over and over because they're to busy focusing on what to say instead of listening. They are rude, inconsiderate, and unprofessional. read more

Thank you to everybody at Westhamton Beach dental for always making my experiences there so pleasant. I generally hate going to the dentist but never mind coming to see everyone there. Dr. Christensen has helped me with so many things... I breathe better, I don't snore nearly as bad as I used to and my teeth are now straightened!! My hygienist Donna always does top-notch cleaning on my teeth. I love Debbie too, she in the front office as well as assisting the dentist anytime he needs. She is a Jack of all trades and very knowledgeable. read more

Dr. Eric Christensen and his staff are nothing short of exceptional. From the greetings at the door to their chair side manner. A+++. You leave there not only knowing exactly what you had done but knowing it was done to perfection. All while you sat in a comfortable chair, listening to good music. I've had some not so great experiences at the dentist in my life and this is was not even close to being one of them. Thank you West Hampton Dental for setting the bar very high!! read more

A comfortable atmosphere and nice staff. Everything is explained and couldn't ask for better care.

I love coming here! First I was greeted by Debbie, who is absolutely delightful and answered any questions I had. I came for a cleaning with Donna, who is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and made the appointment fun. It was one of the best cleanings I've ever had, she was very thorough and painless! I came back for treatment with Dr. Eric, he explained everything in detail and I knew exactly what was going on. My treatment was painless and came out perfect. I bring my entire family to this office, I can not recommend this practice enough. If you want quality care and the peace of mind that you know what's being done is going to be done right, this is the practice for you. read more

After discovering our daughter had a lip tie, Dr. Eric was recommended to us for revision. When I called to schedule, he picked up the phone himself! Upon arrival, he met us in the waiting area & spoke to us about breastfeeding & lip & tongue ties. Upon evaluation, she also had a tongue tie. Dr. Eric was absolutely amazing, we nursed immediately after the procedure & her latch improved immediately. I could not recommend him more! My fiancé & I plan on going to see him for our own dental needs! Thank you Dr. Eric!!!! read more

I'd give more stars if I could, but I can't so 5 stars it is. Dr. Christensen was recommended to me years ago after waiting far to long to deal with issues I was having with my teeth. I have had years of bad experiences from previous dentists and Dr. Christensen, Debbie, and his team make you feel comfortable at at ease in what is typically a stressful situation. The understanding they all have regarding the best corse course of action for you is so incredibly reassuring. Dr. Christensen really tries to find the best plan both short term and long term to assure the work that needs to be done isn't too overwhelming both physically and financially. He prioritizes what he feels is necessary short term and will make a plan for long term to assure you have a healthy mouth and teeth. He goes over everything with you in detail and is happy to discuss anything further that you may have questions on. They are all compassionate, caring, understanding, and non-judge mental about whatever situation you may be in, it's a wonderful and welcome change from my previous experiences. Needless to say I recommend Westhampton Dental to everyone and anyone. read more

Great dentist! Appointments are quick and easy, and Dr. Christensen always answers every last question!

Dr. Christensen is AWESOME! First, I have to admit, he is my brother-in-law. Last week was the first time I've visited him at his dental practice. My usual dentist is in VA, and I am living temporarily in Nova Scotia. Since I was visiting my parents in NY, I decided to make cleaning appts with Dr. Christensen for my daughter and I. The week before my appt, one of my crowns fell out (this one has been giving me trouble for awhile), then a few days before, the filling on the tooth fell out (same tooth as crown). Now, I hadn't seen a dentist in 13 years prior to 2001. I was terrified of them. I have a nice little group of dentist, oral surgeon, etc. in the DC Metro area now. I'm not as terrified, however, the thought of seeing a new dentist definitely scares me. I was anxious before seeing Dr. Christensen, even though he's my brother-in-law. But I'd rather see him than a complete stranger, right? Dr. Christensen and his assistant, Debbie, saw my daughter first. They were extremely patient with her, didn't push her into doing anything she didn't want, and she walked away with a smile on her face. I was next. Dr. Christensen examined my problem tooth, upper molar. Took x-rays. Examined those, and looked at my tooth again. He took the time to explain everything he saw and thought. I know he didn't want to take the tooth out, however, it seemed the best choice to make. The tooth was decaying and there wasn't much left for the filling and crown to hold on to. Needless to say, I was crying a bit, stressed out about the process of extraction (I had terrible dental experiences as a child). Dr. Christensen took the time to gently explain the process and, while they prepped me, distracted me with stories of his experiences. Dr. Christensen numbed the area very well (that's one of my biggest fears, that the numbing doesn't last). This stuff lasted a long time! Dr. Christensen cleaned my teeth while we waited for the area to go numb. Then he and Debbie got to work. They talked and talked, all the while working on extracting the tooth. They were pretty funny, and that distracted me a quite bit. The extraction took a little longer than I thought, and I started to get comfortable and more relaxed. Oh! I forgot to mention that during most of this process, Debbie held my hand. We finally got the tooth out, and it was a good thing Dr. Christensen took it out. After he and Debbie cleaned up, Dr. Christensen took the time to give me post-extraction care and answer my questions about implants. I never, ever, thought I'd let a dentist do an extraction. I've gone to an oral surgeon for wisdom teeth, making sure I was knocked out for the procedure. After my experience with Dr. Christensen, I'm not as anxious as I was before. I've known Eric for almost 15 years, and have never seen him with his "dentist" hat on. He's always been very patient, easy going and funny. Eric has a way of telling you like it is, without freaking you out. This carries over to his dental practice. He is knowledgeable, empathetic, professional, and patient. And, to make his practice even better, Dr. Christensen has the lovely, compassionate and helpful assistant, Debbie. Debbie is very friendly, has a great smile, gentle and funny, too. They are quick to respond to email and appt inquiries, from their website. Both Debbie and Dr. Christensen make a great team. I believe anyone who's had an appointment with them, will say the same. read more

Dr. Eric Christensen was awesome! He and his office staff were great! I had a difficult procedure done today and Dr. Christensen explained everything that was going to happen, answered all of my questions, and worked diligently on the problem until it was solved. I don't know much about dentistry but I could tell from what he said and from what another dentist said, what I needed to have done was not going to be easy or quick. I hardly felt a thing the entire time. I will be recommending Dr. Christensen to friends and family! read more
