We had our heart set on a cat but couldn't pick her up til the next day, we were an hour drive away, we got there as soon as open and someone called right before we walked in to let us know she was adopted, which would have been helpful to know the night before when she was adopted! They do not allow any sort of hold even if it is the same day, which is ridiculous, yet they have signs that say "not for adoption," so some animals are on hold but we weren't allowed one? Definitely do not recommend this shelter.

She made me feel like I was talking to a friend discussing a passion and not just an employee.
