If the goal is to make customers feel uncomfortable and judged the second they walk in, then I guess they're doing a great job. The experience went downhill fast thanks to Taylor. I've rarely encountered someone so openly rude and dismissive in a customer-facing role. Every interaction felt like I was being talked down to, as if asking basic questions was some kind of inconvenience. The attitude wasn't just unprofessional--it was flat-out unpleasant. What's most frustrating is that this isn't something subtle you could brush off. The judgmental tone and lack of basic courtesy were obvious and consistent enough to completely ruin the experience. It's honestly baffling that someone who treats customers this way is the face of a business that's supposed to be about creating a positive and safe environment for our pets. I left feeling annoyed, unwelcome, and pretty shocked at how poorly I was treated. There are far better places out there that actually respect their customers and don't talk about them to their other employees when you're walking out the door. Save yourself the frustration and go literally anywhere else.

Usually, I have a regular pet sitter but this time she was not available so since K9 Country Club had been under new management for a while and the reviews were wonderful I decided to give them a try. We dropped in to get a tour and immediately we received a personal tour of the entire facility. We were very impressed! They stayed a week and were very happy and bouncy when I picked them up. K9CC was very accommodating and follow all directions for food and meds. Everything had been clearly labeled by K9CC and I had also requested my babies have a bath before picking them up. Randy, their groomer is excellent! He was very sweet and loving with both my babies and they loved him right back. They looked fluffy and smelled great! They were obviously well cared for and we will definitely return. Teresa Evans

This visit permanently changed one of them from being a dominant pack leader to a dog That's afraid of everything. Will belly crawl if you call its name. I am outraged. This business advertises new ownership and how wonderful it's supposed to be. We had used this kennel in the past a few years ago prior to the change of ownership and absolutely loved it. I think there is so much focus on the status of looking wonderful that nobody thinks to pull out the curtain to see what's behind it.
