Pharmacists don't seem to have any sympathy to hurting people's frustrations lady ne t to me was telling pharmacist that she couldn't wait another 20 minutes and her husband couldn't take other products due to a bleeding ulcer. I guess I was supposed to drive to Battle Creek to drop grand daughter off and then come back to get her s ripts! No sympathy out of these so-called health care workers!

They haven't gotten any of my scripts filled on time in almost a year, given 24+ hours to fill them. Nothing complicated or controlled substances, several of the medications have been blister packs that don't require pills being counted. They always ignore my comments about not giving me the pack containers with every refill (these are separate from the pills) because it's a waste of plastic and I can just reuse the old ones. Nope, I still get one every time. I requested a refill Monday morning to pick up Tuesday evening, and as of Wednesday morning, it still hasn't been filled. I'll be transferring away from this place soon.

So I'm guessing apparently you can't enter this transaction into your mperks account anymore by using the receipt from the transaction. What a joke!
