Bad start to this search...so I reached out to a friend "in the business" and he recommended Lorenzo with AllState. Although AllState does not offer commercial policies, Lorenzo works with several lines and was able to get us 3 quotes, plus our surety bond. We sat down with Lorenzo & Brandi in their office and they walked us through everything, answered every question we had (there were plenty!). We settled on a better policy, than was previously offered at a different agency, for the same annual premium and a better rate on our bond. In addition to the commercial insurance, Brandi & Lorenzo had worked up personal coverage for us to compare Home, Auto, & Umbrella...the savings over our existing State Farm policies is significant and our new AllState policies offer much better coverage. After searching on Google, I was able to get in contact with Josiah Sanne who took the time to help me provide an auto insurance quote and explained everything in detail on how much I would be saving including bundling both my auto and homeowners policies together and also saving even more by utilizing their Drive Safe and Save bluetooth device that monitors your driving habits. Prior to this call, I was a loyal Allstate customer for more than 30 years. Their rates have drastically been on the rise and it's been very difficult for my family and I to keep up with their unreasonable rate increases which no longer comfortably fell under our budget. None of those 30 years of loyalty mattered or had any value to Allstate. You're just another number to them. Part of the motivation to shop around for a new policy was that I recently lost my job after almost 5 years at that previous employer and the current situation has put our family in financial hardship so I needed to explore ways to save money especially during this challenging time.
