PRETTY AWESOME TO SEE THAT IVE BEEN FIGHTING INSURANCE TO GET MY BILL CORRECTED SINCE I RENEWED MY POLICY AND THEY REALLY WANT ME TO PAY FOR THEIR MULTIPLE MISTAKES.
I AM APPALLED THAT THIS IS THE SERVICE IVE RECEIVED WHEN IVE BEEN THE ONE CALLING AND EMAILING FOR MONTHS. NOW THEY EXPECT ME TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE?
Wowww. After Joey was my agent and completely got my plan messed up, Ashley the DM told me she'd fix it and this is what it comes down to? Mmk.
Good Morning Ashlea,
As you know, I have been working on trying to correct the multiple errors we came across in regards to the billing of your policy. Although Joeys intentions were good, sadly he wasnt able to get Farmers to approve some of his requests in leveling out your billing.
Back on 5/14 we refunded your bank account $250.00,. After speaking with Joey and overlooking the notes, it seems he was trying to help you out financially because the payment that was taken out was too high and took away from some of your other bills.
That is where the big error happened. We never made up for that $250. When the policy cancelled, which you and I have confirmed that it was the agents error, and then was reinstate, that payment carried over and messed up the whole spread of your bill.
We were told from a billing rep up at Farmers that if we took the consistent payments of the 534.30, it should re-spread the account evenly. After speaking with a lot of people, we sadly are stuck at this point.
Your 6 month premium is $3380.50. The remaining balance on your account until your renewal date is $2,546.94 -- that is including the current bill of $428.47
Your renewal is 11/12/17. So if we take that $2546.94 and spread it out between Aug, Sep and Oct, that would be 848.98 a month.
Now obviously that is substantially higher then the 534.30 you have been paying so i understand if you will need to look elsewhere for other insurance.
Of course Farmers does not want to see you go, but sadly there were so many billing errors made on this policy (not at fault to you) that we are just unable to take anything less then that at this point. I have looks at all options as to rewriting or if we could cancel and then start a new policy but sadly we will not be able to make any other changes.
I personally want to apologize. I worked very hard on trying to fix this policy for you and I am sorry that the outcome was not what I promised. I feel bad it has come to this so again, I understand if you would like to cancel your policies.
Please let me know how you would like to proceed.
