Having been in the "Business to Business" selling industry and called on virtually every Insurance…read moreagent's office has given me great insight as to which agents preform averagely and which go beyond the call of duty. The Byron Bettles agency definitely falls into the latter category. I say this from my first hand witnessing of how he treats his customers, both in person and on the phone. All get treated with care, compassion and professionalism. Let me add credibility to my review by saying I have been calling on him for over 22 years. Byron is incredibly knowledgeable; he has built his agency from scratch by providing excellent customer service and offering expert advice when asked. In addition, Byron often checks in with his clients during ongoing claim situations always looking to make sure they are being well taken care of. Byron is loved by his clients for doing so. Just yesterday, I was helping one of his long term clients who didn't have all his policy information handy. One quick call to Byron and he texted me within 25 minutes with all the info; Very impressive indeed since he was on an airplane. For all these reasons, I can highly recommend the Bettles agency.
