They have provided a remarkable level of service and expertise, and they have done so consistently. I'd guess that I have used them for 5-6 loans. In particular, I worked with Radu Damian. He is thorough, courteous, intelligent, and most importantly, he is very proactive. He follows up on the entire process, guiding it and pushing it along as if the loan was for himself, for his own family home. He does all of this in the background; you don't need to get involved, you don't need to call him. He will call you and keep you in the loop, always. For every loan, for all these years, he has never failed to do this.

The level of customer service that Crystal Dume provided was above and beyond! Thank you for helping us buy our dream home!

He helped with every detail and made it so easy to get the right policy for our family. He is incredibly knowledgeable about all the insurance options and was so upbeat and caring in helping us select the best policy. Other companies/offices have lots of fine print and confusing terms, but Adam and the whole team at Amber's office were like a breath of fresh air! They are so accommodating and provided exemplary customer service from top to bottom. It was truly a pleasure to buy our insurance policy from Adam, Amber, and their stellar team!

If there was a zero, it would be zero. I don't usually do bad reviews, but beware of these folks. I…read morehad a multi-policy for years with Amber's predecessor, and it was just great. Rate hikes, billing after premium payment (oh, it's just more--which I can understand, things just cost more) but no communication to the fact is just the start. I'm not trying to get anything for free, it's just about transparency. And when I called to clarify/pay, they knew nothing and had to bring it up. Talk about service... Quit and got a better policy for my needs for less money, but my family still uses State Farm. And wow, they've crossed their wires (meaning your data and sensitive information), and keep sending me comms about another customer (daily emails ane texts), including how to accept payment for money not mine: would you like that? This seems so bad, and sorry about that, but it's just frustrating to all of us that we've corrected this information for over a month now. And they still can't get it right, and payments could be delayed or other. If you choose State Farm, I would choose another rep, if you can. And Arizona isn't going to help you either. Sadly, the stress and all is just super high. And apologies for the frank feedback, this has been so hard for us. And now, I'm hoping for a good resolution. But, as of today, it just keeps coming. I hope Amber and her team can get with claims and get this done with a good reason and apology to the policy holders.

As owners of a micro-boutique winery and vineyard, it was important to us to work with an insurer who understood our industry and some of the unique factors surrounding it (how do you insure wine stored off site and for how much? what kind of liability coverage do we need for vineyard workers and tasting room guests? how much coverage should we put on all our farm vehicles? You get the idea.) Heidi spent years immersing herself in the wine industry to understand every nuance and detail--and we feel that we are in exceptionally capable hands. I've recommended her to multiple other small wineries in our region, and wouldn't hesitate to do so again. Additionally, all of our personal insurance coverage for our home, vehicles, etc is with Heidi; I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her for non-winery clients as well.
