Sometimes with insurance, you don't find out who has the best service until you have a claim, and I could say State Farm in general and this agency in specific is a great example of that.

She is friendly, professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and every other positive quality you want in an agent. I love working with her, I know my questions will be answered promptly and correctly, that she will get any new policies or changes updated immediately, and that everything will be done right the first time. In a world where it seems customer service has disappeared and getting anything done feels like a battle, Sarah is a ray of sunshine. I know my insurance is handled and I never have to worry about it, which is a huge relief. Do yourself a favor and bring your insurance needs to this office, you will be very happy you did!!

The person there, Shelly, CONTINUOUSLY and I mean relentless, continual, harassingly contacted me by phone, by email and via the mail trying to sell me services. I used their service 1 time, 2 years ago just to try and get her off my back; I closed my construction company when I retired nearly a year ago and today, I get a phone call from them saying I owe them money!!! Now, I know for a FACT that I paid Shelly, in full for the services they did for me. So if they can't sell you services, they will manufacture invoices and charges and tell you that you owe them money. I will be contacting the Department of Justice next along with the Federal Trade Commission the harassment has been THAT bad. But then to manufacture charges??? DO NOT EVEN CONTACT THESE PEOPLE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE HARASSED FOR THE NEXT 10 YEARS!!! Even though I had told Shelly to stop emailing me, and I have blocked them with spam, I STILL see their emails in my spam folder! And now, they are making up charges. For your own sanity, don't even contact them and for god's sake, don't give them ANY of your contact information. This company has issues, bad, bad issues and I am not even aware if the owner knows how bad it is, but I hope this review gets his attention and he does something to fix it, unless that is, he is behind it all, which is likely. Just an awful awful company. STAY FAR FAR AWAY! There are other companies that will place a lien for you and never bother you again. These people are RELENTLESS!!!

I'm so grateful to have found this local State Farm office near my home there in Oregon. I wanted…read moreto find a local office who I know I can count on in case I need to make a personal visit and/or call over the phone. After searching on Google, I was able to get in contact with Josiah Sanne who took the time to help me provide an auto insurance quote and explained everything in detail on how much I would be saving including bundling both my auto and homeowners policies together and also saving even more by utilizing their Drive Safe and Save bluetooth device that monitors your driving habits. Prior to this call, I was a loyal Allstate customer for more than 30 years. Their rates have drastically been on the rise and it's been very difficult for my family and I to keep up with their unreasonable rate increases which no longer comfortably fell under our budget. None of those 30 years of loyalty mattered or had any value to Allstate. You're just another number to them. Part of the motivation to shop around for a new policy was that I recently lost my job after almost 5 years at that previous employer and the current situation has put our family in financial hardship so I needed to explore ways to save money especially during this challenging time. Josiah was very cordial and he made my experience and entire process more pleasant. Josiah and I spent more than 30 minutes over the phone going over the numbers while trying to keep some of the same coverage amounts. He was able to get my policies straightened-out and help save money. He valued every second and minute of my time that I was on the phone with him. I saved a lot by ditching Allstate and redoing my Homeowners policy and also my auto coverage payments per month. Since my daughters are both in college, I anticipate some savings there as well. If you feel that your current insurance company is devaluing your personal being and loyalty, give State Farm a try. I did and just that call with Josiah made a huge difference! I encourage you to do the same. No everyone's situation is the same, but mine came out positive. I asked how long Josiah has been with the office and he said 6 months but he handled my experience like a seasoned veteran and pro! Thank you Josiah for helping me find ways to save money in this difficult time. I'm so grateful!
