We came in with a newer model Lexus sports car, with damage to the front bumper, rear bumper, side quarter panels, a mirror that had been knocked off, and a deck lid that had a ding in the fold (these are incredibly hard to get out because it's at a 90 degree angle). We met the owner Hafez, and his son, and we ended up following up with them to have the work done with them over the other shops we visited. Hafez asked us when we'd like to drop the car off, we set up a date, dropped the car off, he then said it'll be done in about a week, and in about a week, we got a call the car was done. When we came to see the car, wow, it looked like it just rolled off the showroom floor, for so much damage, in so many different areas, both metal and plastic, I couldn't believe how damn good the work came out, I was astounded... Even the paint matching on having to re-order, re-install, and re-paint the entire rear bumper, came out flawless, even in direct sunlight, it was 100% absolutely spot on and perfect, and if anyone knows Lexus, they have their own proprietary and special colors, in this case being what they call Atomic Grey, that's not an easy thing to do.
