They use an unnamed 3rd party delivery service, and they are literally (nickel and) diming me to death with all the single foods getting its own bag! This added 10 cents each to my cereal and to my frozen pops for getting their own bags. The Vermont bag fee is about reducing bags by charging 10 cents to DISCOURAGE USE OF BAGS ON SINGLE ITEMS. The delivery service either does not know this or does not care.

The store layout works for the way I shop. sometimes walking every isle to see what I cannot live without and sometimes going to specific items and leaving. I've been there most hours they are open ( variable work schedule ) There are occasions when there are long queues for the registers but they are, in my experience, infrequent and short duration. The staff is a mix of long time employees and recent additions to the staff. Everyone is helpful and pleasant when I encounter them. I even see some of the staff outside of work ( with their families at local events or dining out etc ) Sometimes price labels on the shelves are not updated properly resulting in items appearing on sale when they no longer are. pronging this to the attention of staff after checkout always results in confirming the shelf label and honoring the price ( issuing a refund ) for my transaction. parking is rarely a problem as the lot is kept reasonably clean and clear of snow in winter.

There is a wide selection, especially of fresh produce. There are also many options in freezer and refrigerated sections. The customer service has always been helpful. If I ask where an item is, they offer to go get it for me. They offer to help with drive up if I have a full cart. I really appreciate the wide selection of organic products. Locally grown or produced items are featured. Parking is great. I found the poor reviews when looking up the hours this morning. For me the missing star is because of the location. It is the farthest from my home, but I will be driving there this morning.
