She needs educated on city parking laws and cultural/racial sensitivity along with some compassion towards others because it is so obvious that she is clueless and completely lacks any knowledge in these areas, although I doubt she cares because she is to busy being a loud argumentative parking monitor on the public street. We will be taking our money elsewhere and I hope it was worth it for an hour of parking. Absolutely ridiculous employee that cares about herself rather than business or human compassion.
