I truly cannot say enough amazing things about Lauren and my experience at SkinSpirit! Lauren is absolutely incredible at what she does. From the very beginning, she has made me feel comfortable, cared for, and completely confident that my skin is in the best hands. She is extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely takes the time to understand your skin, your concerns, and what you're hoping to achieve. One of the things I appreciate most about Lauren is that she takes the time to educate me, helps me understand what my skin actually needs, guides me with my at-home skincare routine, and makes thoughtful recommendations without ever making me feel pressured. I never feel like I'm trying to figure everything out on my own. SkinSpirit itself is wonderful as well. The space is beautiful, clean, welcoming, and luxurious while still feeling comfortable. Everyone I've encountered has been kind and professional, and the level of care feels consistent throughout the entire experience. Finding someone you completely trust with your skin is such a big deal, and I genuinely feel like I found that with Lauren and SkinSpirit, and I cannot recommend them enough.

I've been coming here since I moved to Long Beach just under a year ago, and I swear they have the most talented injectors I've ever experienced. Odessa is legitimately an artist -- like Micheal Angelo with a needle. She's extremely knowledgeable and is able to clearly explain exactly what you need to do to achieve the results you're looking for. She not only takes her time to listen and understand what you want, but makes sure you're informed about and comfortable with each step of the process. I've never been consistently happier with my results and literally wouldn't trust anyone else with my face card. Don't walk, run -- and ask for Odessa!

I had my first prenatal massage with Christina, and she made the experience very comfortable and relaxing from start to finish. She walked me through everything, applied great pressure, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the session. The room was dark with calming music, which made it even more relaxing. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would definitely come back again!

She takes the time to understand your skin, your goals, and what's actually going on instead of just going through the motions. Every appointment feels really personalized, which I appreciate so much. One thing I love is how she recommends products in a way that feels thoughtful and genuine. There's never any pressure, just helpful guidance that's clearly based on what will actually work for you. The spa itself is in a super convenient spot in Long Beach and parking is easy, which makes a difference. The whole team is always warm and welcoming, and the vibe is calm and relaxing every time I go. Emma is a big reason I keep coming back, and I'd absolutely recommend checking this place out.

I have been going to Ivonne since March 2026 (1x a month) since I got acne breakout 6 years later…read moreand refuse to go back on accutane for a third time. I felt absolutely destroyed but trusted her to make my skin better. I did 1 hydro facial and now monthly chemical peels. My skin has improved so much. Be aware that your skin will get worse before it gets better so trust the process! My skin is not perfect by any means still but she will tell you it will take time and patience and is worth the money! I wear an N95 at work so my skin sometimes gets worse but I know over time these peels and having a good regimen with skin reality brand will clear it all up! So if you are like me who suffers from stubborn acne (i have been dealing with it for 16 years now), go here and make the investment! I work too much to do the acne program here but if you have the time you should try it! Worth every penny! If you are going to invest in sometime, invest your money in your skin and health!

The spa name describes the space perfectly - a quaint, three room salon nestled on Main Street. The facilities were clean, and we were greeted with cold waters upon entering. For the facial portion: Mindy was terrific and knowledgeable in her craft. She explained each step of the facial, and asked thoughtful questions about my skincare routine prior to performing the signature facial. Mindy incorporated her massage therapy background into the facial by treating me to a scalp massage and neck stretch - one of my favorite parts!! My skin was absolutely radiant after an hour with Mindy (before & after attached). For the massage portion: My hour with Lovely went by far too quickly!! Come from an athletic background, it's hard for me to find a massage therapist that truly targets muscle movement and applies enough pressure to work through my knots. Lovely did just that. She has a very kind demeanor and made sure I was comfortable throughout my entire massage. I highly recommend seeing her especially for anyone who leads an active lifestyle!

Their services are not overpriced like you find at most med spas, and I really appreciated that they weren't trying to upsell other services. I was actually so happy with my experience that I decided to do my next Sculptra treatment there, along with my next XERF session. I already have my next appointment scheduled! Definitely worth the drive from the Inland Empire, and I'm so happy I found this place! See you next month

Also be sure to check out the reviews that have been muted by Yelp. Needless to say, the response from the business isn't great. They don't take accountability; there is no apology; there is no effort to make it right. Instead, they tried to say it happened a while ago (it happened about a year ago) and that I lied. I did not. As I mentioned in my first review, I received a PARTIAL refund. I am still out of pocket $1,200 for services I was unable to use. I would have been happy to move that money to facials or something else, but they refused and only offered the laser treatment. There are a lot of med spas out there. My recommendation is to check out another place.
