Have never seen a place where a customer is treated like a piece of shit just because you happen to have a different color. Asked to pay before service , very rough on me, like how can you apply lots of lotion on my dirty hands after filling my nails, I had to take a piece of tissue and wipe the lotion out. very rude to me yet sweet to other customers. ended up paying double for the service and wasting my time because the lady pretended that she didn't understand what I wanted and kept insisting that what I wanted was too expensive yet that's what I usually do to my nails. very disgusted.... read more

The owner enjoys digging out ingrown toenails to the point of inflicting terrible pain. I told her it hurt and to stop. My 2 big toes throbbed all night and I had to take Tylenol for the pain. What is strange is I clipped my own toenails in-between pedicures and would have noticed an ingrown toenail. I didn't know how to tell her I didn't want her to do my pedicure so now I have to go somewhere else. I really enjoyed other employees but not her. I just did a gel polish change. Wanted an hombre and they said they don't do them there. The polish I got went on a bit lumpy and the top coat didn't cure all the way. It's still sticky severs days later and dull on the tips. I won't be going back. I'll stick with DQ Nail bar. read more

I loved this nail salon....but in the last year it is under new ownership, and it is not nearly as good. They have like 10 nail stations but only two actual nail technicians. Forget about walking in. They tell you there is a 30 minute wait, to come back, and when you do... they've already accepted another walk in and to "come back later". Even when you make an appointment, you still have to wait 30 minutes before they even start you. Unfortunately, no one speaks English, either so it is super hard to communicate. I was in for a fill today. I showed a pic of what I wanted. I asked him to paint one hand before finishing so I could see how it looked. He couldn't understand what I was saying . After he finished one hand I told him I didn't like the color and to please remove it. He proceeded to sag OMG over and over then talk in his language to his co workers. I called this nail salon on Monday. The guy that answered told me they were not busy and to come in immediately, I got in my car and went down to the salon...it took maybe 10 min for me to get there. By the time I got there they told me someone else called and said they would be there in 5 or 10 min and asked me if I could come back! There were no customers in this shop only like 5-6 employees!!! NO I CAN NOT COME BACK!!! I'll find another nail shop! I keep trying to give this place a shot but I swear every time I do it ends up in something like this...I'm done with pretty nails!! read more

WORST PEDICURE AND EXPERIENCE EVER!! My first and last time going to this nail salon. I had gone here to get a pedicure and manicure on a Saturday evening, they were not very welcoming and they do not have a great selection of nail polish either but that is not the worst part! I sit down for my pedicure and I let the lady know that I would like a french manicure and pedicure. She starts the water and removes the old nail Polish, she then gets soap and washes my feet then takes cuticle nippers and nips at the cuticles and rinses my feet and drains the water. THATS IT, all together it took her about 5 - 10 minutes. I ask her why she didn't scrub the dry skin and she just looks at me and puts oil on the dry skin and she moves on. Next she starts painting the white line on my toes and begins painting on clear. I then ask her if she was going to clean up the white line because they were all very crooked, she then asks me what do I want her to clean up they are fine, then she gets upset and says fine I'll clean them. Next thing a man stands up from doing a clients nails and looks at my feet and yells at me whats wrong with your feet they are fine? I then explain to him what was going on and that I was not satisfied with this pedicure at all since she had not tried to remove the dry skin off my feet, she did not cut or clean my toe nails and the white lines were very crooked. He then assumes I do not want to pay and yells at me saying the polish looks fine and I will pay for it and that my feet are just dirty that's why they do not come clean!! I was furious! I explain to the man that I will not pay for anything if I am not satisfied with the outcome. He then begins to yell at me louder and is in my face yelling and pointing his finger that she gave me a pedicure and I will pay. I tell the man he is being very rude with me and that I do not want this pedicure or the manicure anymore. He continues to yell at my in the shop in front of other customers that I will pay for the pedicure and I am never going back to that shop again. I told him that I do not plan on going back ever again. This very rude man would not let me leave the shop without paying, I told him nothing was even done and she had removed the polish that she had applied anyways. All together this was my worst experience at a nail salon ever! I don't understand how people could be satisfied with such a horrible "pedicure" and very, very rude customer service!! I have told several friends, family members and co workers and some told me that they had been there as well and had a bad experience also, not as bad as mine but they have never gone back! read more
