I could have paid the same amount for a beautiful arrangement on line at FTD or even another florist. I will not be using this florist again unless they make it right. I thought they had a professional floral designer on staff. There was no theme or cohesive idea for this arrangement. I told the guy that I wanted a ceramic container, purple flowers, protea and stock. I truly thought that there would be a tropical theme. Our waitress was very kind and helpful but it was the other waitress that came up to us and demanded documentation for our dog. Legally, you are not supposed to do that and gave us a lecture on our service dog, and how he was not well trained and not welcomed. For some reason, this whole county has a stigma and vendetta out for dogs. Again, legally you are NOT ALLOWED to ask for documentation at all. That was her first problem. I would like to also mention, our dog is an ESA AND a psychiatric service dog. When we mentioned he was a service animal and and ESA she cut us off and said "ESA is not considered a service dog" which we know. She did not let us finish and instead of allowing us to explain, which legally we do not have too, she told us to remove our dog. I have never felt the way she made us feel in there. I hope y'all train your staff better because under ADA we could of filed a lawsuit. Our dog is well trained, well behaved, and is a service dog. We felt unwelcomed and we left.
