Jill is the fourth person I've had do my eyelashes over the past ten years. I've always had good…read moreexperiences with the other estheticians previously, and the lashes looked great and lasted the full two weeks before needing fills. I went to Jill this time because her salon was so close to where I live and therefore very convenient. She had good reviews so I expected to be satisfied. However, unfortunately, the experience was not good. The service cost $200 plus tip and the end result was poor and she refused any sort of a refund. I asked for a cat shape that looked natural and flattered my face. I got what my husband said, looked like spiders on my eyes. I did tell her I have sensitive skin, however no allergies that I was aware of, and I've never had a reaction to the products from other aestheticians before, but my eyes were itchy and watered the entire time Jill was putting the eyelashes on, and they continued to burn and water until I finally took them off the following afternoon. I tried gently washing with the soap she gave me and rinsing with water to remove any residue, but they were still very irritating. When I gently washed the lashes before bed on the day of application, there were about 20 lashes in the sink. I've never had that happen before either. I woke up from the discomfort in the middle of the night and had to rinse them with cold water. I would've been happy to pay for the product she used, but because the end result looked so poor and caused such a terrible reaction, I was really shocked when she was unwilling to give any sort of a refund. There wasn't even a discussion. She asked no follow up questions, just flat refused any trouble shooting or alternatives or refund and dismissed me. I think that's very unprofessional and I would not recommend her services.
