They are very efficient and nice. They take walk-ins which is great! They just seem to fit you in if the can!

They did a great job, although most of them didn't speak English, they don't accept credit cards either, so I had to walk out back to the bank behind the shop. And the floors were dirty, but the environment was peaceful and the staff was very friendly. Many return locals I could tell frequent this place so it must be good. read more

They are obviously very popular with the locals but I am amazed at the efficiency and quality of service from this team - all products used are top shelf and my nails always last so long when I get them done here. I love this place. I have been going here for 10 years. All the staff are friendly and professional. They are really busy and try to please everyone. So sometimes you might have to be a little patient. Even when customers are rude they are nice. Their pedicures are the very best. Do yourself a favor and make an appointment. read more

I had a pedi done, liked that you could do a walk-in, but the place was not very clean, the staff wasn't very friendly, and the lady who rang me up kept the $3 that would have been my change after I had already given her $10 to tip my tech. There is no menu of services for a pedicure, just a quick service that would have cost like $18 in other salons but was $27 there. Nope. Won't go back. read more

Ugh! Scheduled appointment Friday October 1st for Saturday October 2, at 3:30 pm. Showed up at 3:27 and told the girl I had an appointment for 3:30. She said ok, take a seat. two girls there working w customers. Sat there for 15 minutes then one of the girls came to me and told me they didn't have time for me. I told them I have an appointment. She said the guy who made the appointment didn't write it down. He didn't take your number so I couldn't call you. I sat there for 15 minutes and she didn't care to mention that when I got there. Horrible service. This is the second time they have done this to me. I always tip them more than 20%. Will never come back! read more

I tried this nail salon for the first time today. I called yesterday and had no problem getting an appointment for this morning. The lady who answered the phone was very pleasant. When I got there at 9:30am, I was immediately greeted, asked to choose a color and shown to a pedicure chair that was ready for me. Being summer, my heels were pretty dry and overdue for some attention. I let the technician know and she was very meticulous in getting my heels nice & smooth again. The pedicure was relaxing and she gave me a very good, long massage. I think the only thing I think they could improve upon is the selection of polishes available and how & where they are displayed. You have to go between the two couches in the waiting area to make your selection. read more

Spent $120 on a mani/pedi and two days later my nails have chipped. This is the second time in 5 years that I have gone to this place and both times my nails have chipped a day or two later. The only positive is that they will take walk ins and see you right away. read more

This shop is dirty, nail dust and grime all over the table where nails are done, and dirt along baseboards and on floors. The pedicure basins are not cleaned after each use; in other states this kind of shop would be closed down. The prices are high for what it is; it is a quick cheap nail shop, with quick and light massage that was worthless, and with questionable hygiene practices. Went in to have my dip nails taken off. First time I had ever had them and though I knew there could be potential light damage from doing them I figured I'd pay the extra so I didn't damage them at home removing them myself. Let me preface that my nails were healthy and mid length. I didn't catch the gals name but she was brutal trying to take them off by sliding a false nail tip under and ripping them off! I tried not to overreact and asked if there was another way? She responded that if this didn't work we'd soak. I made it through most of my first hand until one of my real thumb nails was ripped past the cuticle and then this was after she had taken clippers to trim it and pinched the side of my thumb. At that point I squealed and said "Enough! We need to soak or something...you just ripped my real nail!" She acted annoyed as she went to get a bowl. The gal next to me asked if it would be ok?" The gal came back soaked my one hand a few minutes and filed off the gel (which is still partially on a couple nails), proceeded to clip off all my nails super short and then charged me $15 for the 10 min service. I was just a little bit traumatized and have no intention of ever getting g gel on my nails again though many have already told me it should not have been like that especially after having them for only 2 weeks. My nails are thin, weak and loon awful after being peeled off. I love to support my hometown businesses but I'm truly disappointed and never want to go through that again. read more

I would only refer this salon to anyone as long they didn't care about clean surroundings or if they didn't care if the employees talked about the clientele in their own native tongue. They should realize other people can speak their language and understand what they are saying. read more

Nice, clean salon . The woman who did my nails was nice and very good at my mani and pedi . Loved the massage chair . However when we went to pay we were told a different price than what was quoted over the phone . We did opt for gel but it was still 18$ over the 50$ we were told on phone for mani and pedi . It says they take credit cards but we were told they did not and had to scramble and find enough cash . read more

My friend and I had pedicure appointments this afternoon at Hamilton Nail and Spa. They ran approximately an hour late and when they started us, they only had one nail technician who worked on my friend. Finally the second person arrived and started my pedicure. My pedicure ended up being about 10 minutes less than my friends' and I was finished before her. I got the impression they were overbooked. On the positive side, the salon seemed to be quite clean and the massage chairs were terrific. read more

This place is a gem in the heart of the bitterroots. Clean, efficient, friendly. Sometimes there is a wait but that means they take their time with each customer. My nails turn out fantastic every time and last so long. They also have 8 high end pedicure spa chairs! Prices are a little expensive but are definitely competitive for the bitterroot and Missoula area. read more

Very clean salon, nicely decorated. Very organized to accommodate our wedding party appointments. Only negative was the woman doing my fills was texting the entire time which I feel is very rude and unprofessional. Rates were actually higher then I pay in Los Angeles which was surprising. If I need service next time in town, I will most likely try somewhere new. read more

We were in town for an event when my wife had a nail take a painful break. The staff was able to get us in and take care her without an appt even thought they were terribly busy. Not only were they able to help her in a pinch but the place was lovely the whole staff was extremely pleasant and the work done was fantastic! We might make another trip out there just to get my wifes nails done! lol! read more
