The owner and head of floral design, Pam is so sweet and helpful and her talent behind each individual and unique design is impressive and expressive. The care that goes behind processing each flower and then each design is thoughtful and genuine and that care and design is reflected throughout her whole store. This little sweet pictured was originally not for sale, but for an event and my excitement over it and Pam's generosity landed it in my hands and the home of a friend celebrating a birthday. Thank you Flower Happy and Pam and Julia AND PACO (cutest little customer service executive ever)

I live in Ohio and sent flowers to my sister in Montana for her 75th birthday. I paid $125.00 for…read morethem. The $25 was a delivery charge. My sister is also a floral designer and I was expecting a beautiful arrangement in a nice ceramic container like I had seen on their website.Instead they delivered one protea, one calla Lilly and a Gerbera daisy , a little stock and some filler in a wooden box. I could have paid the same amount for a beautiful arrangement on line at FTD or even another florist. I will not be using this florist again unless they make it right. I thought they had a professional floral designer on staff. There was no theme or cohesive idea for this arrangement. I told the guy that I wanted a ceramic container, purple flowers, protea and stock. I truly thought that there would be a tropical theme. That was wishful thinking that they would come up with something beautiful.

And, they still run a hardware store the old fashioned way where they stock even the little stuff you only need once and a while. The big deal with these guys is they also carry some of the big stuff like a small selection lumber, dry wall corner strips, landscaping stuff, irrigation poly hoses, etc. You get the drift. Their rental dept is top notch, fairly reasonable and the guys who run it full of helpful tips. Free popcorn too. While there are a half dozen hardware stores in the area these guys are the only ones who do it right. One star off because they are smaller with a smaller selection, but they have 80% of what you need.
