I got lucky and got a call a couple of days later for a same day appointment with Christy. After a consultation, Christy made recommendations to what would freshen my look up and got to work. All I have to say is OH MY GOD!!! She is absolutely incredible at what she does and how she does it. It was as painless as being poked with needles can be (with 0 numbing). I loved how honest and upfront she was never pushing anything that I didn't need. With the changes she made, I still felt like me just a more freshened up version. All of the ladies at the office are so beautiful and nice. Such a great experience from A-Z! I definitely have my go-to outside of the US. I can't recommend Christy enough. She's a gem at what she does!!

Over the years I have had multiple treatments here but over the last 2 each time there has been an…read moreissue. The issues now are going unresolved and I additionally just got additude over the phone when trying to resolve it. The customer service in this clinic has continued to go down and I after this exchange will take my business and my loyalty elsewhere. UPDATE: this establishment is now withholding the refund they were going to give me unless I sign an agreement to take down the review. Absolutely appalling behaviour from an establishment. From a fellow business owner, instead of making the situation right with the customer, which would have only been a touch up. They instead offered to refund the treatment, as well as another series of treatments I purchased for another area and product that was added to my order without my knowledge. Instead of just doing a touch up. They now want me to sign essentially a gag order in order to refund. I would not spend your money here, not only for the lack of professionalism but the lengths they'll go to cover it up and move you along. There are way better clinics out there. This is not it.

Rachel was so knowledgeable, thorough and attentive. I was so happy with my treatment and felt so comfortable and taken care of. I have gotten the same treatment before at a different med spa and I don't feel like I was given the same level of care that I was given at Viso Med Spa. Thank you so much Rachel for great service and for a great treatment! I highly recommend this spot to others! If only I lived in Calgary this would be my go-to place.

I used a Groupon for 3 microdermabrasion sessions prior to arriving and called in to book an…read moreappointment. At the time of the appointment, my first impressions of the place is small, but quaint, well lit and welcoming. The staff provided me consultation and advised not to take the microdermabrasion due to my face skin concerns. She advised me to take a more efficient treatment when I told her my goal for my face skin. After the 1st session, she recommended me to try their product and I am glad I took the risk without researching into their product as it was working effectively & efficiently. On my 2nd session, she noticed my improvements prior to my first visit and proceeded to enhance my session and made me try on new concepts that could further enhance my face skin goal and it did it again, I was impressed. Overall, after a month's treatment & following her recommendation in improving face skin health I am satisfied. I notice the improvements & I will be coming back to maintain a health face skin.

I had an extensive consultation with Linda at Skinpossible, where I was given what I believed was a…read morerealistic assessment of how effective a BBL treatment would be for age spots. She did not promise me they would all be gone, and went into some detail about what the treatment could and could not do. Her honesty and caution were the biggest reasons I went with Skinpossible, after consulting with 3 other skin care salons whose promises seemed over the top. . However, after having received 4 out of 5 treatments, I have to say that it has been a total waste of $2000. There was a very slight improvement after the first treatment but absolutely nothing noticeable after the subsequent three. The fact that my skin is over 60 is certainly a significant factor, but I have serious doubts that even a younger person would have had good results with this treatment. If your budget doesn't matter to you, go ahead. But best to head into something like this realistically.

I decided to try a coolsculpting treatment awhile ago on my back with Skinpossible, hoping to see a…read morebit of improvement but...was I ever surprised with the great results! Not only did my bra line lose all that extra plumpness, but my flanks on each side diminished considerably. The photos were confirmation for me too, as I wasn't able to see the difference right away, but after a few months...wow! Amber was my treatment technician and she was simply amazing! The whole staff really were fantastic and Linda, my consultant from the beginning, walked me through every step and never pressured me, explained every detail as I was apprehensive to say the least. It was a great experience, a boost to my self confidence... I wish I had done it sooner! Now, I am wanting to try another area! Thank you again to the team at Skinpossible! Linda M.

I have been a long time client coming here to Britannia for all my Botox and filler needs however,…read morerecently I was paired with the worse injector for filler. It's crazy how one injector can ruin the whole experience and almost your face. I forgot her name because I haven't been assigned her for filler before but I showed her a photo of a beautiful influencer I loved her face shape and it was slim feminine with a nice defined side jaw line. My face shape is not far from this influencers face shape just wanted it more defined and emphasized slim and feminine. This injector did it so poorly that it made my jawline more masculine and poorly distributed that it's lumpy! It's one thing to be a good injector and look out for the best interest of your clients to say realistically if it's obtainable through filler or make the right suggestion but she clearly didn't and proceeded to do something she probably hasn't done before and ruining a clients face. It's been 2 weeks and I was thinking it must just be the swelling that has it looking lumpy and chipmunky but it's definitely not I can feel how uneven the filler is and even my friends who saw me said they thought I just gained weight and my face isn't as slim as before and very uneven! I spend $1600 this was not the result I was expecting and it made my face worse than it was before. I'll be booking an appointment to get this dissolved asap and finding out the name of that injector to include in this review but she was an older lady with blond hair BEWARE!

My first experience here was with Nilly for a Hydrafacial. Nilly is extremely friendly and inviting. She thoroughly examined my skin and made sure to explain what was going on throughout each step of the facial. I explained what had happened and she answered all of my questions and provided me with so much information throughout the course of my facial. I had such a pleasant experience that I booked in an appointment for laser hair removal for the following week. The process was quick, relatively painless and seems to have been effective!
