I usually do them myself since I don't generally spend on beauty treatments and they always end up looking like I curled them with a curler. My DIY lift generally last me about a month and a half. Now, it's been exactly a week since I got the L&L done at BB and you can barely tell my lashes are curled. Furthermore, after closer examination the lash tech missed a lot of the lashes on my outer lash line and those are still pointing straight down. I paid a total of $120 (including tip) and I have never had so many people tell me that I wasted my money. I am debating asking for a redo but I am really bad at speaking up for myself so I doubt I'll muster up the courage. I'm just gonna go back to DIYing them.

I wanted to save some time getting ready in the mornings so I decided to get lash lifts. Out of the 4 times I have been here, only two of the times my lashes actually stayed curled immediately after, even after following all the after care instructions. With a 50% success rate I would probably pass on getting lash lifts here in the future since they aren't cheap to get.

The other place gave me such fake looking lashes, and at a higher price. I had to get them removed. I get lots of compliments of my lashes - many people don't even realize they are not mine. I've also taken my daughter in for brow tint and lash lift, which was a super option for a teenager. Brow lamination is also very cool, and this place does a super job with them. I adore Britt and having her do my lashes, but I've booked with her other lash artists as well, and they are equally good. Having several on the team who are have excellent qualifications means you can always get an appointment for a fill and know you will get the same beautiful results. Sometimes, I have to reschedule last minute but can always get back in with At Hello since they offer lots of different time slots and are really good about being able to find a spot for you. Appointments can be handled by text, which I really appreciate. This place specializes in natural looking results with a team of perfectionists that cares very much about their artistry and also that you are pleased with the result.
