Kamilla's Maple Pecan Latte

Pret A Manger in London Heathrow Terminal 3 wasn't a new experience for me. Almost always stopped by here when I had a layover in London. It's reasonably priced and very well stocked restaurant with great customer service. Their coffee is always excellent! The sandwiches are great and have cold or hot options. Many drinks are also available in the cooler. Service is fast and friendly!

As it was getting closer to boarding time, we stopped in for some food to avoid making the mistake of not eating before the long flight. After much consideration, I purchased a sun-dried tomato sandwich with avocado and some other veggies. The sandwich was filling and had great flavors, especially the sun-dried tomato, which was the standout against the creamy avocado. I also purchased a bottled green drink, ginger turmeric drink and some water. This time, I was determined that I would not be thirsty or hungry on the flight. The sandwich was very fresh. The sandwich options were many, but not necessarily many without meat. The only thing that could have made the sandwich a little better was if it was slightly warm. Overall, I was pleased with my sandwich selection and fresh juices. I would definitely eat at the Pret a Manger cafes again because they can be found on almost every corner in Central London.

Prices are fair for an airport. It was about $20 for two sandwiches and two drinks. The food was acceptable. Seating is limited in terminal three. We scouted a table by the coffee shop and grabbed it before ordering.

Posh cheese and pickle crusty bread baguette - delicious

Basically all staff fighting the massive onslaught of customers. Did not have to wait too long to get out of there with a. Posh cheddar and pickle baguette. It was absolutely delicious. Price was not rip off for the airport and the baguette was really fresh and crusty. Would I go here again if I was in the airport oh yes .

This is another bakery that we stopped by for baked goods and pastries. With the long flights it was especially nice to board with coffee and special treats. I chose an almond cake that turned out to be incredibly good. It was moist with crunchy ends. The almond paste inside of the cake was so good that everyone dove in for some. We also purchased a bag of assorted fresh baked cookies. The chocolate peanut butter and the vanilla chocolate were our favorites. The sugar cookie was a little dry but it was tasty and went great with black coffee. The cashier was very pleasant but did not speak english. We did a lot of pointing and eventually received everything that we wanted.

We got lucky and snagged a table. The line here is insane!

This location is in terminal 3. It was very busy from the moment we walked in until the moment we left. The service seemed to move pretty fast. Like all Pret's, there are sandwiches in the cooler, fruit, and other options, many different coffee drinks and cold beverages. I opted for a latte, and my husband had a sandwich and an espresso drink. There is seating within the store, but it was very tight. A line went from the counter out of the door that seemed to never end. There was a lady walking around constantly cleaning up after people at the sugar station, tables, and moving stuff around to make space. Overall good experience!

sorry I didn't get good pics of my actual food, but in the bag was: Coconut Power Oatmeal; Mango Coconut Chia Pot; Charcoal Shot

I went to this location about a month ago, but I had been there once before, and have been to several other Pret locations as well. LOCATION: This one is located in Terminal 3, which makes it a great choice to eat at, if your flight is through an airline that flies out of this terminal. 4/5 ATMOSPHERE: It's a shop in an airport terminal, but it's pretty roomy. Like, you just walk directly in, and there's the fridge or heater shelves lined with foods. Then you walk forward and pay at the front counter, and can sit in the areas to the side or behind the counter, or take your food back out into the greater terminal area. Overall, it's pretty spacious and not tight, gross, or anything of that nature lol. I mean, it's not like amazingly-decorated or something, but they keep it clean and I like the layout. 3/5 SELECTION: Most of their stuff is grab-and-go, hence their name. They have sandwiches, baguettes, soups, salads, pots, wraps, breakfast foods, fruits, snacks, etc. But it's all fresh and good quality -- it's not like it's all been sitting out for days or anything. They also have coffee and tea drinks. I like that they clearly label their vegan items and they have the all the ingredients on most of their foods too. 4/5 WHAT I GOT: This visit, I got their "Coconut Power Oatmeal," "Mango Coconut Chia Pot," and "Charcoal Shot." The oatmeal was pretty good, and a good temperature. I just wish it was a little thicker, but the taste was fine -- not over-coconutty or too sweet. The chia pot was good as well -- not amazing, but it met my expectations with no obvious negatives. And the charcoal shot was good too. It tasted just like I expected and I liked the uniqueness. If you've never had something with activated charcoal, it doesn't really taste like much -- honestly it's hard to describe -- it just adds like a slight airy element lol. So anyways, all in all, what I got was pretty good. I've always liked Pret. 3/5 SERVICE: The service at this location was pretty good. The employees seemed nice and friendly. 4/5

Located inside Terminal 3, this place sells sandwiches, salads, drinks, and pastries for reasonable prices. It's mostly take and go cases, but the pastries are at the counter, and coffee drinks are ordered there at the registers. There's seating inside, or elsewhere in the terminal. I only had 2 pastries, a regular croissant and a raisin roll. The croissant was quite fresh and soft, better than ones I had elsewhere in Europe. The raisin roll was just okay..it didn't have much flavor but was soft and chewy. You are able to use credit cards or British pounds cash.

Only vegan sandwich, Avocado with olive something

My husband and came to visit London from from MN USA. We're both vegan and are constantly looking for quick on the go vegan foods. Side note: I did not read the Delta website correctly and thought I had to order the vegan meal 24 hours of check in, but it really said - must request before 24 hours of check in. I packed PB banana sandwiches for our flight - but there was someone with a nut allergy so they asked everyone not to consume nut products. We ate chips and chocolate on that flight. LOL Anyways.. we did request a vegan meal in time for our flight home, but I wanted to get something in case they messed that up too (which they did - they gave us vegetarian dish -cheese tortellini dish). Then brought us a bunch of grapes, two apples and bananas as our dinner. I purchased the only vegan sandwich they had, which had avocados and some olives something. It was pretty delicious. I ate the whole thing. I also purchased a edamame, avocado, and cilantro salad. It was so good and refreshing! Service was quick and friendly. They also have porridge, which is like oatmeal. My husband got that a few times for bfast.

Ham and cheese baguette with lots of mustard mayo. It's the bomb (within the parameters of the ubiquitous pre-made sandwich).

Recently when I was at Heathrow, I found it's outlet on terminal 4. It had great variety for vegetarian and vegan options in both cold and hot sections. I had their hot falafal sandwich and egg white omelet. They both were really good. The wrap of the sandwich was multigrain and the chipotle sauce enhanced it's taste. For dessert I, tried their chocolate mousse which I usually don't find in their other outlets. It was amazing! There were lot of seating areas out this store.

Which means ready to eat. Most of my colleagues pay this very shop a visit everytime we go through security. Just because of its convenience. It's right there, there's really good strong coffee and bread or sandwiches. I order a cup of americano,, which is strong black coffee and two plain croissants. Coffee was good and hot,, the croissants were flaky and delicately crunchy on the outside,, chewy and amazing on the inside. Probably my most favorite snack. BUT it's the only affordable vegan option at Terminal 2 (yes, there is the lovely wondertree, but it's more expensive). The vegan options vary and they're still TOO FEW(how about some vegan bakery?), but I always find one soup, and wraps or filled flat bread here. Oh, and salads ofc. Didn't find the sweet potato flatbread this time, but it's my all time favourite. They also have fruits and often a chia pudding or similar vegan dessert. Their juices are made of unicorn tears and instant karma. The only real orange juice you'll ever find in an airport. Thank you, Eat! Service: All over good and impersonal, as expected at an airport with thousands of customers per minute. If the atmosphere were a bit less noisy, I'd never even think about the service. Last time, one from the staff was whistling on and off all the time, like a bird. It reaaaally drove me crazy. But I suppose he was mute, and that it was his way of saying the order is ready? Or that you just have to cope with airport life somehow.

While tables looked clear of dirty plates etc there was grime stuck in the seats such as food particles and lots of flies. Lots and lots of flies. In December. And the crowning achievement of filtiness was watching a staff member use a dirty sweeping brush to remove dirt from tables. Tables where children and elderly people eat from. There were approximately 6 staff standing around behind the counter and why a couple of them couldn't be directed to get some sanitiser and cleaning cloths out us beyond me.

Unexpected location for…read morerestaurant but you can really feel a local vibe here with a convenient store attached to it. Food is relatively good and service was fast. My wife and I tried the grilled chicken (peri-peri) and grilled octopus (porvo) and they both are prepared really good to my taste (we prefer a little bland or less salty and it just suits us). Highly recommended for tourist who wants to explore local faves around London. All the the other 3 couples who are with us enjoyed their own dish as well!

The main course were grilled salmon in lemon and butter sauce. This was really good in flavor and a hint of crispness from being grilled but the meat is tender. Then we had the grilled octpus. Man, this was the highlight of the day. Serving size was big. It was so good we ordered another for to go. This place is really close to the London Heathrow Airport and a must try if you're really hungry. They have their own parking spots (but really tight space, just like all of UK parking spaces where plus size people will have a hard time getting in/out of the car as the spaces between cars are really tight) They have paper towels in the restroom and some outdoor seating.
