A few of the frustrations: a) drove in rush hour to get it b) had to come back the following day cause it was at another location, untouched c) although the lady apologized, she made it seem like she would go out of her way to pick it up tomorrow and bring it back to the store --its not a favour, the items should be ready when it stated I had planned it perfectly,we were leaving for a wedding in 2 days (gave myself a day buffer-LUCKILY!)
