Everytime I have chosen to go to Dolphin Cleaners Crowfoot I have always had excellent service, and their work is great. You are greeted in a friendly way and the order usually ends up being ready before it was originally thought. They have done repairs for me as well as drycleaning, and I am very pleased with their service, price and location. read more

I brought my black blouse in for cleaning. After paying for it I lifted the plastic and noticed a very sheer area. They scrubbed to hard. I can no longer wear it because that part is now see-through. I asked why they didn't consult me before they scrubbed it till see-through. No answer. I asked for my money back but they wouldn't return it. Very disappointed with this service! read more

I like the staff who helped me when I dropped off the laundry. She was kind and helpful with the service. I would go back again.

Flew into Calgary for my wedding in Banff. Spoke to a dry cleaner in Canmore to have my wedding tux and rehearsal suit pressed and was confirmed. Upon arrival the Canmore dry cleaners told me they don't press.. absolutely frustrating. I called Dolphin cleaners and the woman was nice enough to take in all of my groomsman's suits on a crunch at 6pm day of and returned them day of just a few hours later at 8pm. I am so thankful for this woman helping me on my stressful wedding week. What a blessing. 10/10 would recommend their services to anyone. Also this is one of only a few that press in house. read more

I dropped off a business suit basically needing it in 3 days, of which they are closed for 2 of those days. They were very accommodating of putting it through as a rush job for me. They were fast, transparent about cost and friendly. If anything changes once I pick it up, I will post an update here for y'all. read more

I was very disappointed with the price and service. When i took my sweater in to drop off i received my pickup slip which had a price of $17 to dryclean. i was a little surprised that it would cost that much so when i picked it up i asked if there was maybe a mistake and it should be a little less. she said no that was the price for my long sleeved sweater. so she rang it up and said that will be $23 something. i said pardon me? she said, oh we had to charge an extra $5 for the two leather patches on each arm of the sweater. that was the icing on the cake for me. i will not ever go there again $23 to dryclean a normal everyday sweater, that is ridiculous. and it is not soft, does not feel like they used eco friendly products, it is hard and scratchy. read more

I have been going to this cleaners for over a year and I highly recommend them. Their prices are great and often have specials or discounts. The staff is very friendly. My clothes are cleaned professionally and quickly. You can't beat that! Plus they are open late several nights a week which is really convenient for those of us who can't get there before 5pm which is when many other cleaners close. Convenient location too. read more

They shrunk six pairs of my dress pants by about three inches. When they offered to "restore" the pants I ended up with pants that where approximately size 12 instead of the original size 8 that were still shrunk in the length. After the failed restoration Dolphin refused to replace the ruined items. read more

I had never used this company before but it was recommended by my usual dry cleaner for wedding dress cleaning. Although there was a small misunderstanding regarding the pick-up date, my ornate and extensively beaded dress was gorgeous and super clean when I got it back! AND - this was one and a half years AFTER I wore it outdoors at a mountain-top wedding. Great job - and I will be back! read more
