Once the dress is cleaned they send it back to the Edmonton shop where you can pick it up. Overall they did a fabulous job cleaning my dress and the service was friendly during drop-off and pickup. The only thing is their Edmonton location is only open on certain weekday mornings so it was a little inconvenient for us. Other than that, we were happy with the service and results. My dress came back clean and in a large white box with a window in it, so it looks like it's encased in a frame and you can admire it without actually opening the box.
