As most do, when you spend a substantial amount of money on an article of clothing, one may think that to preserve the condition and quality of the piece would be to have it dry cleaned. On pick up, when my skirt was handed back to me only to had been pinned with large safety pins to a wire hanger with two pins through the front of the skirt. That being said, there are now four very large holes through the top of my very expensive and favourite garment. When a claim is made to be "fine" or "excellent" or "professional" services you would think that if the choice of hanging was to use a large safety pin through the centre of a garment (not even on a seam) would be avoided at all costs. I was neither apologized to, reimbursed nor asked for my number to have the manager contact me in this regard, but, told that "they always use pins with skirts " as this was my first time at this "facility" I was uninformed of this highly idiotic tactic of hanging a garment at a professional dry cleaner. I have never been so disappointed and dissatisfied with both the customer service and the quality of this place. I would never recommend this place if you would like to keep your expensive items looking new.

A few of the frustrations: a) drove in rush hour to get it b) had to come back the following day cause it was at another location, untouched c) although the lady apologized, she made it seem like she would go out of her way to pick it up tomorrow and bring it back to the store --its not a favour, the items should be ready when it stated I had planned it perfectly,we were leaving for a wedding in 2 days (gave myself a day buffer-LUCKILY!) No compensation was offered, no discount was applied, the fact that I and to come back was beyond irritating. No thank you.

When I picked them up, the shirts smelled unclean, not nicely pressed and all the collars were folded over, like they were missed, along with no startch. They redid them, but on the second attempt, the collars turned out the same and looking disheveled as ever. I assume that's their pride in the finished laundered product.
