I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Preston Dermatology that I feel compelled to share. I went in for a skin condition on my face and was misdiagnosed by Victoria, which already put me on the wrong path. To make matters worse, I provided my insurance information, only for them to completely ignore processing it. Despite calling three times and leaving messages for Andrew, the so-called "manager," he never returned my calls, and they continued to bill me without any resolution. Additionally, the billing department was absolutely unprofessional. The young woman who answered the phone was not only rude but hung up on me when I tried to get clarification on the charges. This level of customer service is unacceptable. It's disappointing to see such a lack of care and professionalism from a medical office. I will not be returning to Preston Dermatology and strongly urge others to think twice before trusting them with their healthcare. read more

I had a surgery one month ago by Dr Solomon. It went perfectly and the scar cannot even be seen a month later. My husband is the same after his many surgeries with her. She is really talented and caring. All our visits have been smooth and positive. She takes her job very seriously and you can tell how much she cares for you as her patient. I have had a lot of doctors but this is the best of the best. We were referred to go to her by friends at our country club who also had great experiences. We have had nothing but positive things to say also and have referred others to this practice. My niece and sister also go and have had awesome results for their acne. I do not think I have ever seen anyone being kept waiting here either. My other doctors offices keep me waiting without any word on when I would be seen. The whole office is clean and efficient. I'm coming from Wilson and the drive was great. I didn't have to fight with any traffic. The parking lot was a little congested but the building has other offices in it. The building is very nice, very clean, modern. Finding the office was easy, checking in was easy, and I was taken back almost immediately. I saw Rachel and she was very friendly. She listened to my concerns and was able to handle one of the issues in office immediately. I was absolutely surprised how easy it was to get there and get through my visit. Hard no. Very unprofessional. They don't return calls or follow through and obviously something is very wrong since our practitioner suddenly left the practice and all the work we did just to get a special prescription was just left dead in the office. No notifications at all. We even showed up for a scheduled appointment and were turned away even with day before confirmation. Run far from this practice! My poor daughter is suffering so bad and they don't care and will not help. Big waste of time and money. read more

Dr.Solomon and her support staff are very caring, professional providers. I have a yearly 'once over' for possible skin cancer and they always make me feel comfortable about the exam, maintaining her professionalism while we chat about dermatology concerns I may have or just what has been going on in our lives since my last visit. I brought my daughter here for her eczema she has had eczema since she was about 3 months old she is 12 now. We have tried everything you could think of and nothing seemed to work. After seeing Dr. Solomon in January of this year her skin is almost clear. I'm extremely impressed. We have been to multiple dermatologists in 3 different states and none of them have even come close to the knowledge she has. I will never take anyone in my family anywhere else. From communication about results to discussing possible side effects and cost of a medication before prescribing it, they go above and beyond. The doctor is the best in the area and her reputation is well deserved. They provide excellent care from terrific surgeries to thorough annual skin checks. I will tell you one thing, Dr. Solomon knows her stuff! She saves lives. She sees skin cancer and removes it. That is all that matters when it comes to life or death. I won't name any names, but my Mom was going to a different doctor for a while before the cancer on her nose was noticed, and the cancer on the top of her scalp that was over looked for years too. Always friendly and courteous staff. Dr. Eric C., is very caring and knowledgeable. His pleasant demeanor is reassuring to the 3 little ones (twins/ 6 yrs old, and a 5 yr old), all sisters. Her explanations of complicated diagnoses and treatments are patient friendly and her pamphlets are super helpful and informative. The people were friendly and straight to the point about their services. They were very positive and made me hopeful that there will be a less invasive procedure for the skin cancer I wanted removed.
