This business operates a classic bait and switch. I called before visiting, asking how much it would cost to fix a zipper. The girl who answered the phone told me $10-$15. I then stopped in, and the girl again told me $10-$15. About 5 days later (yes, it took that long), I picked up the coat and was told I owed $36! I asked why the price had more than doubled from what I was told. The girl at the counter talked to the "manager" via phone several times and would not let me speak with him. The manager apparently told her that this was the price and there was nothing he could do. Of course, the girl did not let her manager know she was the one who had quoted us the incorrect price. I said "so, we were charged a price more than double what we were quoted, and there is nothing you are willing to do to address this?" She told me there was nothing she could do. Stay far away from these crooks. I will be following up with a complaint to the BBB and attorney general. read more
