I haven't had to deal too much with paying rent and such as I just moved in, but so far the…read moreexperience has been mostly positive. They have been very kind and helpful when I have contacted them, it has been the actual property I have had issues with, and that may reflect more on the contractors hired to do the work than the management company, but they are, nonetheless, connected in the overall experience. The beginning went smoothly. They were very helpful and great at communicating through the application process and were great at working with me to get me in as quickly as they could. Finally the day came to move in and I was told the property would be ready on a specific day and I could pick up the key anytime after 10am. I picked up the key and arrived at the property after 12pm or so and there were workers still at the complex. I asked if they needed to do any work in my unit or if it was ready (the door was hanging open) and they said that was their last unit they needed to work on (utility installation). Somehow the communication had not reached them that my unit was supposed to be one of the first. They finished quickly, however, and I returned about an hour later and was able to get in. Not a huge deal, but slightly frustrating as I had people helping me and we had car loads that were ready to be unpacked. Once I got in there were also minor issues in the (brand new) apartment (bad paint job, patches done poorly, flooring slats that weren't pushed together completely, etc.) that showed a rushed job, but livable. Since then I have been working to get internet set up in my unit, but every company I have called has been unable to verify the address and one told me the wiring and set up should have been worked out previous to renters moving in between the builder, the owner, and the internet companies, then the information of which companies the building was wired for should have been communicated to the tenants. I then found a larger issue on my second day here. The washer water valves had not been turned on when they were installed. I tried to turn them on so I could wash the laundry I had already put in there and water began to spray everywhere. I tried again more slowly thinking maybe I had turned it on too quickly, but the same issue. I now had a washer that didn't work with half wet clothes inside. I feel like the management has been good to work with despite all of these issues. They are kind and helpful every time I contact them whether it be in person, on the phone, or via email. I will update my review later should these issues escalate, but for now, I still give them a four star for good customer service.

We stayed at Copper Chase Royal Queen Suite, Condo #228 for four nights and felt it was important…read moreto share our honest experience. While the location and complex amenities (pool, spa, sauna, etc.) are appealing and the property has good reviews in general, we found several issues that did not match the advertised description of a three‑bedroom condo. Specific concerns: * The unit was advertised as a three-bedroom condo; however, we were very disappointed to find that the third "bedroom" does not meet the reasonable expectations of a bedroom. It is very small, offers no privacy, has no cupboards, is cold and run down, and appears poorly maintained. There was visible drywall and water damage, an access panel stuffed with toilet paper, no working power, and overall the space was not suitable to be used as a bedroom. * The second bedroom's bunk bed wobbled with any movement and felt only appropriate for a very small child. The drawers in that room came off their hinges easily. * Other maintenance issues included: * Dripping master bathroom faucet with no proper water flow * Missing towel rail with exposed holes in the wall * A closet filled with old, unused items taking up space * Non‑functioning water filter in the kitchen fridge When we shared these concerns with the owner, the response dismissed them by saying it was a "great place" with plenty of demand, rather than addressing the maintenance and representation issues. We hope the listing description is updated and maintenance is improved, so future guests can make a fully informed decision.

I would stay longer but I am leaving Cedar City to start my masters program in another state. The apartments are modest and just fine for normal living conditions. There is normally no issues with parking. Family friendly. Management is very reasonable. When we weren't making as much money the Government Subsidized option they have was a life saver. The only reason I give it a 4/5 instead of 5/5 is the poor insulation causing us to pay more in Gas and Electric bills than we wanted (our bill was $20 less than one of our friends 3600 sq foot home for gas- they need better insulation and sealants around the door). The only other downside is no dishwasher or washer/dryer in unit.
