My first review was deleted so I'll post again. I bought my car from this place. They advertise this car in a whole Nother state. They had the marketing manager lied to me about multiple features in this car that didn't exist yet I was told existed based off of the photos and text messages and emails from the marketing manager. Beyond that when I finally received the vehicle, the vehicle had a lot more issues and undisclosed accidents that ended up costing me a lot of money.. why do they cost me a lot of money even though I had the 30 day warranty from them that would be because they did not honor their warranty. They tried to tell me they would only cover 50% not 100%.. so they sent me a check for 50% of the cost to repair broken AC and broken control arms that they told me I didn't have problems when I was purchasing it from another state. On top of that, they did not disclose the over $2000 in DMV fees associated with the car because they failed to register the car properly in their state when they bought it from the auction. Fully took advantage of me fully lied about the condition of the car fully failed to help me when it came down to getting repairs done or getting the fees from the DMV taken care of I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Now I did take this car to a local mechanic to get the fluids checked. They didn't do a super great job. I'll have to leave a review for them as well, but that doesn't change the fact that prestige motors did not disclose an accident. They lied and said the car was pushed to start and remote access which it does not and they also did not honor their 100% cost warranty. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME I went in to test drive a car I had seen online. First thing I saw when I walked in was all of the salesmen watching football on the couch in the lobby. None of them even greeted me. The price they were asking for the vehicle I wanted was about $4,000 more than what it is worth and they weren't willing to negotiate at all. The salesman told me that this car is a "super hot car", but it has been sitting on their lot for almost a month... When I inquired about whether the transmission had been re-geared to accommodate the aftermarket off-road tires on it, none of them knew what I was talking about. This dealership was posting in my state and with my response I was constantly bothered with phone calls. Even though I told them they didn't have what I want they kept calling. Finally I took time to talk to them and it didn't take to long to realize how they behave. Low bowling me and treating me like I don't know what I am doing. This is why this dealers are even taking over Craigslist because auto auctions are even not putting up with them. I would never sale my car in the future to any dealer. The instant offer on Kbb is also something it only helps dealers. Here is something I asked my self about that. Why do we care what KBB does, does KBB make payments on our vehicles or repairs them when they needed. I am so tired of that company because It's the first thing dealers Tell you. We just purchased a 2014 Cadillac last week from Prestige! The advertisement was 100% accurate and requested extra images were sent quickly. As we drove 3hrs to see the car we wanted to make sure it had no cosmetic issues so Heather was great about getting the info we needed. Our salesman, Mo, was courteous and direct with no pressure applied. There wasn't much haggling as the car was priced appropriately on their internet sales price. They did offer an extended warranty and gap coverage packages which we politely declined had little to no push back. As we were already pre-approved through our credit union closing the deal was very efficient. The finance manager was pleasant and moved quickly at signing. **Updated Review** Took my brand new car in turns out I had to change all 4 rotors and brakes why? Because the brakes were all wore and both front brakes had tiny charred rocks in the middle and the rotors well they were bent out of shape and worn not only that but one wouldn't even come off! The specialist said it's because someone drove with the Ebrake on! It sucks not only that one side blows AC and the other side doesn't just one thing after the next!! Well these guys asked me time and time again to "write them a good review give them 5 stars" so here it is. We got a 2015 Dodge Charger fully loaded for 24,000. I feel like we're getting ripped off considering "Jason" the guy that's so "straightforward" and "tells it like it is" made me drive back to this shop not once but twice. I asked when I test drove the vehicle "is there anything wrong with the vehicle?" he said "no it's like new!" I asked before signing anything "can we bring it back if there's anything wrong?" They said "yes" Well he was a serious liar. The window is broken and the brakes are shot but "it's my fault" lol well at least they're fixing my window not really doing me any favours considering it's my 4th time here! I recommend looking at the whole car before buying it from top to bottom and tell them if there's anything wrong with it because that's what they said. This is the most unprofessional organization I have ever worked with. They made claims about the car that were untrue(stating that the car had certain options which it did not), would not answer the phone when we called and tried to return the vehicle, hung up on us when they did answer, then swear that they would not take the vehicle back because is was past 4 days which was the amount of time we had to return the car. They then, after driving 2+ hours to return the vehicle down to Pasco and sitting in the showroom (if you could call it that) they made us wait over an hour while they discussed the issue with the owner(yeah right), said they would take the car back if we paid them an additional $3000.00. The sales people are unknowledgeable about the vehicles they are selling, swearing to options and features while management threatens customers into accepting whatever the sales people have said. read more

We bought a 2015 Jeep Wrangler Sahara Unlimited 12/15/2018. When we first saw pictures of it online it was in stock condition and looked very nice. We called on a Tuesday to inquire about it and were informed it had been sent to "their" mechanic (Elite Tire) to have a 4" lift kit and 35" tires installed on it, because thats just what they do with their Jeeps when they get one in from auction. We arranged to buy the Jeep that Saturday and drove from Kirkland. The Jeep looked great and drove it back home. We noticed the steering/handling had a flighty feel to it at highway speeds and felt like it was a safety issue. We scheduled an appointment with a reputable shop to do a complete inspection of the suspension and steering systems. They found that the factory track bar was not sufficient for the lift and larger tires and needed to be replaced. The dropped pitman arm was not needed and the original needed to be put back on. With big lift kits a dropped pitman arm is sometimes needed, but not in this case. Also they raised the track bar, which also was not needed (It seems to me that someone didn't know what they were doing). The drivers side axle seal was leaking and a new gasket needs to be installed. The drivers side upper and lower ball joints were bad and need to be replaced. We told by our mechanic this vehicle should be driven as little as possible until these things get fixed and it is not safe to drive it over the mountain pass back to Yakima. If those ball joints were to fail while driving, it could cause a major accident. Also they confirmed the steering/handling should not be like that at all and is a big safety concern as well. We contacted Prestige Motors the same day we had the inspection done and sent them a copy of the report. Their response was that mechanic shops try to upsell you products and they wanted us to drive the Jeep back to Yakima so "their" mechanic can verify everything (because they didn't believe our mechanic), even though I told them it is not safe to do so. After a few days they agreed that it does need a heavier duty track bar. If you are considering buy a vehicle from this place and they tell you they had a lift kit and bigger tires put on it, consider the following: 1. "Their" mechanic may not have installed it correctly. 2. Stock upper and lower ball joints will fail with bigger tires and a lift kit. 3. A more heavy duty track bar needs to be installed. We have a 90-day warranty and it hasn't even been 30 days since we bought it. Prestige Motors offer was to pay us $140 for the cost of parts which breaks down like this: $100 for the track bar (even though it costs $204.99) and $40 for the axle seal gaskets. They are not willing to pay for ANY labor costs. I did not accept their offer. To have everything fixed just to have a SAFE vehicle to drive is costing me $1,342.81 (parts, labor and tax). To save on labor costs I am installing the track bar and pitman arm. I filed a complaint with the Attorney General and also the Better Business Bureau and you should look there to see a more detailed breakdown of my repair prices and other complaints before you decide to buy anything from Prestige Motors. I also encourage all the other people who have had a bad experience like mine to file a complaint with those two agencies as well. I am only writing this review so you can make a well informed decision and ask all the right questions if "their" mechanic installed a lift kit and bigger tires. Also ask to see the Vehicle History Report they got to see when they were buying it at auction, its more detailed and informative than the cheap Carfax report and costs more. If they refuse to so this, there is a reason and you should walk away. read more
