One of the worst experience I ever had. Schedule a locksmith at 11 to get a tenant out. I called…read morethe number associate with this locksmith number seeing that that they were running late. Keep in mind that a sheriff is waiting for this locksmith in order to get in the property. The number I called referred me to a different person that would come.I was told they will be there in 30 minutes from the first time I called them. I wait 30 minutes and call again to see their update. Well, they say that there are 20-30 minutes out which is different from the earlier update. I called them again 25 minutes later. Guess what... the were again 20-30 minutes out. At that point, the sheriff had to leave and I couldn't wait too much longer anyways. I was told that I would have to go through the eviction process again losing me potentially $1,000 more because of their failure to show up and them constantly delaying their arrival time.

Called to get an estimate to open a safe. Was told it would be $40 to open the safe, but we would…read morehave a $19 service fee for the visit. Since they were willing to come out on a Friday evening, we agreed. Technician called twice to attempt to change the agreed upon time, but we could not make it any earlier. When he arrived and saw the safe, he advised it would be $1,500 to open it. Quite a difference from the phone estimate! I was never advised on the phone that the price might be different once he got there - although if it had still at least been in the ballpark, we probably would have been understanding! Instead, we declined the service and were advised that we still owed the $19 service fee anyway. Now, I agreed to the service fee based on the reasonable rate we were given and NEVER would have had them come out had I been given more complete details on the phone, but I went ahead and paid it rather than argue the point. So, I was out a fee for a service I couldn't use. (Also a follow up with another locksmith gave us a price of $200 for the job. Sure, more than the original price I was given with Beavercreek Lock and Key, but a FAR cry from the $1,500 that the technician who came out gave us.) Would not recommend them and would not call them again.
