I am writing to share a warning regarding our recent experience with S & L Landscape Diversified in…read moreFlorida, owned by Steve Nease. Our project was significantly overcharged, including instances of double billing. The company used low-quality materials that did not match what was agreed upon: the sod was low-grade and brown, the Agave plants were frostbitten and rotten, and no weed-prevention matting was installed, leading to immediate weed growth. The final result is worse than our original garden, and we now have to hire another contractor to fix the damage. Additionally, because Steve failed to pay his suppliers, the sod company has placed a lien on our home. Please exercise extreme caution if you are considering working with this contractor. They are unprofessional, rely heavily on subcontractors, and mislead customers regarding the quality of their work. We fully agree with the negative experiences previously shared by others, such as Jessica H., Alex K. they did the same things again used materials off of their old job. We wish we had seen those warnings prior to hiring this company. We are sharing our experience to help protect others from these dishonest practices.

While he didn't use pre-fab fence panels to save on the site work, I was a little concerned about the additional labor, the solution was overlapping boards and even boxing around a small tree in the way on the side yard. I recommend Jerry and his team for your outdoor needs. He thinks though the solution options and delivers!
