My 16 year old son had a great experience here. He took the in-class part of the program the first…read moretwo weeks of August 2017 and had a great teacher who was able to tell real life stories to bring home his safety points. He really got my son's attention. He took the in-car part of the class a week later. The instructor picked him up at school and spent two hours working on his driving and maneuverability skills each day for four days. We rented cones for a week ($10 for the week) to practice maneuverability in our car. It is much larger and harder to steer than the school's car and my son was getting discouraged because it was so much harder. I called Yazan, the owner of Faith Driving School, to ask if there was a different trick when using a larger car. He came to where we were practicing (a lot near the driving school) and worked with my son for 15-20 minutes until he was confident he could pass the test. Yazan did not charge us for this time, but really wanted to see my son succeed. In the end, we rented a car from the driving school. (The A/C went out in our car.). It only cost $50 and included another private lesson with Yazan just before the driving test. My son passed with flying colors and Yazan was even gracious enough to accept my excited hug before he left the DMV. I highly recommend Faith Driving School.

My 2nd instructor was Melanie, she was very nice and we connected really well. She reminded me of my aunt! She did yell at me at all, even when I made a major mistake. Lastly is Rachel. Rachel is kindest soul ever and I was glad to have her for my last in-car. She really helped me with maneuverability and we connected really well! You are lucky to have any of these people, but if you have Rachel you are especially lucky!

Based on the reviews, we went into the experience with very low expectations and were very pleasantly surprised to find it to be good experience from start to finish. When I called to schedule my son's in-car lessons, I called on a Friday and had to leave a voicemail. Based on the other reviews, I anticipated it would be awhile before I heard back. Again, to my delight, my call was returned promptly. The office person was very friendly. She couldn't schedule my son because she was waiting on the instructor's schedule to post. She assured me she'd call me back on Monday, and she did. She scheduled my son for lessons a couple of weeks out - so not a very long wait to get those done. His instructor was Danielle. She was very competent and courteous. My son said good things about his experience with her. So all in all, our experience was nothing like those that posted poor reviews. Kudos to Schwartz for getting their act together.
